Pros:

Very hot weather, but room was very cool amd clean. Breakfast was very nice as well.

Cons:

Not a big deal, but skim milk wasn't very cold. Definitely not a hindrance for a future stay.

Pros:

Great location close to appts Riverside Hospital.

Cons:

Unexpected problem with our evening checkin. Computer issues and took an hr for staff to figure how to get us in a room. Clerk had to use his door key to get us in and we weren’t able to get a key until morning. We felt bad for the young desk clerk who struggled to get IT support. He handled things great though.

Terrible
Pros:

The location to where I was visiting.

Cons:

I was charge double the price of the stay. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they said it would change within 24 hours and that is not the case. I paid twice the amount of money it stated plus $40 in amenities that I was also told that would come off. I am very disappointed in this and will be contacting the better business bureau.
