Categories

Cleanliness
8.3
Multiple guests describe the hotel as very clean, including breakfast and some rooms, but several reviews note inconsistent housekeeping and one serious report of theft by a cleaner undermining trust.
Service
9.8
Staff repeatedly praised (many employees named) as friendly, helpful and professional; pool and guest service singled out as excellent. One isolated but serious complaint about management response to theft is reported.
Location
9.6
Frequently highlighted as a top feature: excellent position near Puerto Banús via tunnel, close to restaurants and easy access to nearby towns.
Room Quality
8.2
Mixed: several guests enjoyed spacious, comfortable rooms with terraces, but others mention rooms needing refresh, shower issues and more thorough cleaning.
Amenities
9.3
Strong amenities reported—pool, lively bar/vibe, good cocktails; some services (e.g., massages) criticized for poor value and occasional outside-bar guests create a disruptive atmosphere.
Value for Money
7.5
Several mentions of poor value: buffet described as mediocre, massages not worth the price and a comment about expectations for a 4-star rating lowering perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Mixed but generally positive: breakfast praised for variety and hot dishes made to order and cocktails/food lauded; buffet and some dining elements received negative remarks.
Overall Experience
8.9
Many guests describe an excellent stay (warm staff, great vibe, return customers), but the overall score is tempered by reports of inconsistent cleaning, buffet issues and a very serious theft incident.

Una grata estancia como de costumbre !!
Pros:
