Overall, it is a clean and comfortable hotel with a good location, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
Pros:

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the room service was very good and fast. The bed was very comfortable, and I also enjoyed having a balcony. The location is good and convenient.

Parking was easy to find close to the hotel and was free of charge. Parking directly outside the hotel entrance is available for an additional fee of around €40.

Cons:

There were a few downsides. I asked about a late checkout, but the hotel charges €30 for each additional hour, which I found quite expensive.

Breakfast was quite basic and was almost the same every day during my stay, with no noticeable variation.

The pools were also quite shallow.

Another issue was noise from nearby rooms. Sound carries quite easily, and some guests were very loud, especially during quiet hours, which affected my comfort and sleep. I understand that this may not be entirely the hotel’s fault, as the main issue was the behavior of other guests, but better soundproofing could definitely improve the experience.

Heel vriendelijk personeel behulpzaam nadat we een klacht hadden over de geboekte kamer die booking met Hard rock Hotel had ingekocht en ons werd toegewezen.

Cons:

De geboekte kamer. Kwam niet overeen met wat we hadden geboekt.

Pesadilla en Marbella: La vergüenza de la cadena Hard Rock Hotels

Nada nos ha gustado.Ha sido la mayor decepción de mi vida para la categoría del hotel y lo pagado por la estancia

Cons:

Suelo de la piscina infinity roto por varias partes y no se han molestado ni en recoger las piezas sueltas,barandillas y escaleras de piscina sueltas,bordes de la piscina llenos de mugre que no se limpia.
Habitación con olor a humedad,vistas a la autopista,grifo del lavabo sin su cromado original,embellecedor del interruptor suelto que se me quedó en la mano (mandaron a una persona a repararlo pero se quedó igual), no había cápsulas de Nespresso al lado de la cafetera al llegar,las reclamé y las llevaron ya por la noche. Paredes de los pasillos hechas polvo y con embellecedores sueltos,algunas tazas del desayuno desportilladas en los bordes por donde se bebe (colocadas limpias para el uso del cliente),buffet del desayuno con productos baratos y muy mediocre.
Un empleado de recepción al que, nada más entrar al hotel , le transmití mi descontento con la habitación, contestó a la defensiva: dijo que el olor a humedad era por el calor y me dijo "mira mi cara: estoy sudando".Su actitud tan poco profesional y maleducada, me dejó helada porque nunca me ha pasado en un hotel de estas características.
De los hoteles que he contratado en esta plataforma en mi vida, que han sido muchísimos, ha sido la mayor decepción, porque a la cadena le tenemos mucho cariño, al haber visitado el maravilloso Hard Rock Hotel de Tenerife y dos veces el que ya han cerrado en Las Vegas.
Afortunadamente ya hemos llegado a nuestra casa que huele bien,no hay nada roto ni viejo y la piscina de la urbanización limpia y bien mantenida.

Las instalaciones se encuentran en muy buen estado, y la cama es muy confortable. A pesar de haberme alojado en verano cuando suele haber más ruido, lo cierto es que en la habitación no se escuchaba nada.

A mejorar, que la maquina de aire acondicionado era un poco ruidosa.
