not worth it
Pros:

The hotel is nice but staff aren't, the hotel only seems to be affordable compared to the other hotels situated in the area. Felt the money wasn't worth it though.

Cons:

Didn't like the staff, really noticed this hotel is lovely but some people don't want others to come. When I arrived 1 of the male receptionist thought I didn't have money in my card, i wanted to pay 1 cent pay as you go and their knet machine kept showing my payment is declined, I paid the deposit per day and he was shocked I did have money. What's wrong with these people, at least learn how to fake being professional. The pool restaurant staff were really mean to other people , didn't order by the pool because of their behaviour. When you speak spanish, remember some of us understand and our mothers are latinas. The toilet has a giant sink and couldn't wash my face normally and felt it was too huge?

Daremos una segunda oportunidad.

سيئة سيئة سيئة ولا يمكن ان اسكن في هذا الفندق مره اخرى.

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق مخيبة للآمال ولم ترتقِ إطلاقاً إلى المستوى الذي كنت أتوقعه.

لقد قمت بحجز وحدتين عبر Booking.com؛ الأولى عبارة عن جناح (Suite) لي ولزوجتي، والثانية غرفة لأبنائي. وللأسف، لم تكن المشكلة مقتصرة على غرفة واحدة، بل كانت نفس المشكلات موجودة في كلتا الوحدتين، مما يدل على أن الأمر ليس حالة استثنائية وإنما مشكلة واضحة في مستوى الفندق.

منذ لحظة استلام الغرف، كانت هناك رائحة قوية تشبه رائحة الصرف الصحي (المجاري)، بالإضافة إلى وجود نمل على أرضية الغرف، وهو أمر غير مقبول إطلاقاً ويعكس ضعفاً واضحاً في مستوى النظافة والصيانة.

قمت بإبلاغ مدير خدمات النزلاء الأستاذ تايلر بهذه المشكلات، وكان تعامله احترافياً ومحترماً، وبذل كل ما بوسعه للمساعدة. وأتقدم له بالشكر والتقدير على اهتمامه وحرصه على معالجة المشكلة. كما قام بالتواصل مع قسم الصيانة أكثر من مرة، إلا أن جميع المحاولات لم تؤدِّ إلى أي نتيجة، وبقيت المشكلات كما هي حتى نهاية إقامتي. وهذا يدل على وجود خلل في أداء الفندق وأقسامه التشغيلية، وليس في تعامل مدير خدمات النزلاء الذي قام بكل ما كان في وسعه.

ولم تتوقف المعاناة عند ذلك، فعند موعد المغادرة اتصلت بمكتب الاستقبال وطلبت إرسال موظف لحمل الحقائب، إلا أنه لم يحضر أحد. ونظراً لارتباطي برحلة طيران وعدم وجود وقت يسمح بالانتظار أو الدخول في نقاش، اضطررت أنا وعائلتي إلى إنزال جميع الحقائب بأنفسنا، وهو أمر لا يليق بمستوى الخدمة التي يُفترض أن يقدمها الفندق.

للأسف، فإن اجتماع سوء حالة الغرف، ووجود نفس المشكلات في كلتا الوحدتين، وعدم معالجة الأعطال رغم الإبلاغ عنها، وعدم توفير المساعدة الأساسية عند المغادرة، جعل هذه الإقامة من أسوأ تجاربي الفندقية. لا يمكنني التوصية بهذا الفندق، وأرى أنه يحتاج إلى مراجعة جادة لمستوى النظافة والصيانة وجودة الخدمات المقدمة للنزلاء، لأن ما واجهته لا يتوافق مع مستوى الفندق ولا مع التوقعات التي يمنحها الحجز عبر Booking.com.

وفي الختام، أجدد شكري وتقديري للأستاذ تايلر على احترافيته وحرصه الصادق على المساعدة، فقد كان الجانب الإيجابي الوحيد في تجربة لم تكن بالمستوى المأمول.

My stay was excellent staff, the music and entertainment at the pool the location and the food all outstanding.

Cons:

I stayed here before it was bought over when it was H10 and it seems the corridors and the reception areas have been missed during a revamp the rooms was great but walking to them seemed dated and needed revamped.

Posto molto bello struttura bella

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo mi aspettavo qualche servizio in piu e soprattutto il fatto che la piscina essendo molto frequentata i posti erano limitati ed alcuni addirittura a pagamento (quelli davanti alla piscina) .Posso capire per chi viene da fuori ma io che alloggio nella struttura se nn trovo posto devo pagare un ulteriore prezzo per stare sulla piscina
