Muy buen hotel
Pros:

La pisciina, el bar que esta dentro y el desayuno variado.

Cons:

Que fuimos en pareja y nos dieron dos camas separadas en vez de una sola. Aparte el precio calidad.

Honestly, I really liked the service at the Lobby Restaurant; GMT+1 the staff radiate positive energy and the service is excellent. I would like to thank the staff members for their wonderful, positive attitude.

Needs a stronger management team to get rid of the points raised above

Location and staff are excellent

Cons:

We were on floor 3 and there were several rooms that had lots of people in them late at night and were smoking - the smell was awful and lasted most of the week

Not worth the money, service, doesn’t even refill coffee when is finished in the room, make you pay right after you order food by the pool, visited a lot of hard rock hotels in my life and this one have the worst management ever
