The ac worked
The restroom had mold and the bed sheets where dirty when we got there

The staff was nice and the upper level area rooms and hallways were clean. The lower level floors were nasty and smelled like mildew. It was packed and a few rough looking guests.

The security guard was the only person in this place that actually cared. He helped is more than any staff. The lady at the front desk was rude, lazy and had no idea what she was doing.
Our stay was extremely disappointing. We were locked out of our room due to a faulty door lock, yet instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff blamed us for the entire situation. After getting nowhere with the front desk, I was forced to call the police just to get the hotel to take action because they claimed they had "never had anything like this happen before."
After more than three hours of waiting and dealing with the situation, we were finally given another room. Unfortunately, the replacement room was unfinished, uncomfortable, and far below the standard we had paid for.
When I asked for some form of compensation for the inconvenience, no one was able or willing to provide a solution. I was given a manager's email address, but my email was never answered. I ultimately had to search on my own to find another way to contact management.
What disappointed me most was the complete lack of accountability. The hotel was quick to take our money but unwilling to take responsibility when there was a serious problem with their property. Customer service and communication were extremely poor, and based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.
Location and stuff
The hotel had a great location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel had an unpleasant odor, and the air conditioner was very noisy.
Most importantly, there were bed bugs in the room. The attached photos clearly show the bites that my wife, my daughter, and I suffered during our stay. These photos are evidence of what happened to us.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel at all. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant stay.
