Was only in town for a few days so it worked out would not recommend long stay

Convenient location

Cons:

Breakfast area was always packed not a wide variety. So many people you always have to wait on something or ask somebody to get something. The ACs were OK not cold enough to be in the Texas heat. In the shower heads from the water pressure was terrible.

The room was clean as requested each day. The room was very dated and the bathroom had mold.

Cons:

Mold in the corners of the bathroom. The pool was green for 1-2 days.
Staff had to continue to reset my key card and seemed aggravated when we needed assistance.

Cons:

Overall cleanliness. There is a sign at front desk saying “they don’t offer daily maid service”. I asked about the sign and was informed that daily maid service is only done if requested, which I did each day. At check-in carpet had not been vacuumed nor had bath room floors been mopped. Bed spread was not clean. Shower curtain in one room allowed bathroom floor to get wet. Told front desk person and was informed that all with curtains did the same. Hallways, elevators were not clean and something on the wall in laundry room (floor 8) was disgusting. Staff was moderately welcoming and the breakfast steward never smiled or appeared to have any customer service skills. I rented 2 rooms for 3 days.

Cons:

The property had an unpleasant smell that was covered up with spray, the room was horribly questionable and hot. The bathroom was unattractive and unusable

We loved it! We loved the price the location and the great customer service.

The front registrar was extremely professional 👏 👌 we were there yesterday evening and she was very patient and understanding with our situation.
