Security
It was dirty. Hallways were hot and smelly. Carpet/floor not cleaned. Rooms felt musty
Decent price for a cheap stay, easy parking and drive to downtown.
OK stay, the property is very aged and needs some renovations. Old rooms and amenities do not provide for a very comfortable stay. For the price, it is only ok.
Big clean rooms
2/3 hair dryers did not work, 1/3 irons inop. Pool was not inviting, in spite of photos
Nice clean room and friendly helpful staff. Anything you need is close by and easy to commute to. Great location for easy SAT airport access and a free shuttle. Parking is really affordable as well.

It was so easy to check in and check out. Everyone in the staff was so polite and helped with any questions we had. It even had a nice pool area!
Breakfast was always fresh and delicious every morning and it had a ton of great options so we never left hungry.
The room itself was very comfortable and was enough space for just the two of us and our stuff.
The location of the hotel was perfect too, it was only a few minutes away from a lot of stuff! The ride over and back had some loops, but that's natural in San Antonio.
