Pros:

The room was wonderful, beddings was clean and some of the staff was nice except the woman in the reception desk was snappy and rude. She must hate her job to act like that early in the morning. You take her away and our stay at the hotel was perfect.

Cons:

Front desk staff shouldn’t be rude early in the morning because it just messed up your day.

Pros:

They had a laundry room for guests to do laundry - so helpful to us after a week-long bike trip. The cost was very reasonable, and we appreciate it very much.

Very nice, as usual.
Pros:

The hotel staff is always friendly. The room was ready and clean when we arrived. The bed is very comfortable and we had adequate towels and amenities. We especially enjoy the breakfast.

Cons:

The TV does not have good shows to watch. We have Netflix, Hulu, etc. that we could sign on to, but there is no opportunity to do so on the television. We end up using our computer to watch shows.
