Pros:

Nice garden and nice little pool. Very quiet at night. Good beds sizes

Cons:

Staff could have bern more friendly.
The breackfast was of an average 4 stars hotel.

The room safebox fixed on the floor is very unconfortable to use...

Un beau jardin, une chambre spacieuse et confortable, au calme

Cons:

Pas de places pour un massage sur 2 jours. Malgré un désistement, on ne m'a pas proposé le créneau disponible.

Prima hotel, faciliteiten rondom zwembad kunnen echter beter.
Pros:

Kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Personeel is aanwezig 24/7.

Cons:

Douche in de kamer kan beter en de faciliteiten rondom zwembad kunnen ook beter. Er zijn geen douches, geen handdoeken voor zwembad, geen parasols en voor het hele hotel zijn er maar 10 stoeltjes beschikbaar.

Wszystko super,personel bardzo miły i pomocny,śniadania przepyszne i duży wybór,pokoje czyste jednak czuć już troche PRL,wymagały by chociaż odświeżenia.
Bardzo wkurzające że nie ma żelazka w pokoju tylko trzeba jechać do prasowalni na 3 piętro z każdą rzeczą,nie jest to wygodne ani komfortowe tymbardziej że w opisie wyposażenia pokoju jest żelazko i dlatego nie wziąłem swojego.
Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna i zielona,można odpocząć.
Ogólnie polecam.

Great quite location, you are basically in a park zone, 15-20min drive to city centre. Outdoor territory looks great, breakfast was very good. Friendly staff.

Hotel in un piacevole parco cittadino, buona colazione e ottimo personale.

Cons:

Struttura datata anche se più che dignitosa, posizione vicina all'aeroporto ma scomoda se si viaggia senza auto.

Luxury and cheap enough!
Pros:

It is a great place.
Seoarated but not far from the city center.

Great and flexible arrival opportunity with kind and professional receptionists.

The hotel is luxury and enough reduced costs.

The breakfast was delcious and prepared for any requirements.

Cons:

Only the midnight restaurant wasn't good enough.

The same kitchen as the breakfast's kitchen but less adaptive sortiment.

That the four and not five.

Wenn wir wieder in Krakau sind kommen wir auf jedenfall wieder. Alles top.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr schön. Freundliches Personal und ein tolles Frühstück. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und die Anlage ist toll.
