Pros:

Un hôtel exceptionnel, je me serais cru dans un film américain. Je suis arrivé le jour de mon anniversaire et j'ai eu le droit à un joli cadeau en chambre, qui au passage, était magnifique 😍🙏un personnel qui fait beaucoup d'efforts pour parler le français où qui essaie de se faire comprendre. Un restaurant magique avec des personnes accueillantes et bienveillantes, un très bon repas avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Gènes ! Bref, je recommande !

Cons:

L'emplacement est un peu compliqué à atteindre surtout qu'il y avait pas mal de travaux à côté de l'hotel. Je vous conseille de prendre une place dans le parking privatisé de l'hôtel (35€ la journée). Un voiturier s'occupera de votre titine ☺️

Schrecklich!
Pros:

Terrasse des Partnerhotels, auf der das Frühstück eingenommen wurde.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Das war es aber auch schon.

Cons:

Kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen hier. Das Zimmer, welches mir zugeteilt wurde, war ein angebliches Upgrade. Erste Etage zu einem mehr als schäbigen, engen, grauen Hinterhof - unfassbar dunkel und depressiv... Ich reklamierte und erhielt mein gebuchtes Zimmer mit Stadtblick. Es hätte meiner verstorbenen Urgroßmutter sicherlich gefallen, hatte aber nichts mit den Fotos auf der Webseite und auf Booking zu tun. Sehr altbacken und die Tapeten und die Farbe hätten auch schon erneuert werden müssen. Ich würde das schon Betrug nennen, wenn man ein angeblich geschmackvoll aufgepepptes, älteres Hotel mit schönen Fotos anbietet und schlussendlich nur ein bisschen Farbe auf die Außenseiten der Zimmertüren kleckst. Tatsächlich hat man mir meinen Aufenthalt wirklich mit so einem altmodischen und keineswegs charmanten Zimmer (Schreibtischlampe noch komplett schief und funktionierte auch nicht) verdorben. Ja, man ist gut an den Nahverkehr angeschlossen, was insofern hilfreich ist, als das die Gegend wirklich total schäbig und abgerockt ist. Nur hässliche Touri-Restaurants und Spätkauf-Läden, ansonsten komische Leute, die herumhängen. Sehr unangenehm.
Das Frühstück im verbundenen 5-Sterne-Hotel ist zwar großzügig angerichtet, aber auch da klappte es nicht einmal, dass ich am zweiten Tag tatsächlich einen heißen Kaffee erhielt.
Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen und bin wirklich mehr als genervt von dem, was mir geboten wurde.

A lovely stay.
Pros:

The rooftop jacuzzi and rooms were great, so was breakfast and the restaurant. The waiter on the roof was lovely too.

The man on reception was not very friendly.
