Pros:

Ontbijt was heel goed. Goede ligging in centrum en aan het treinstation. Tof dat we konden genieten van het terras van het aangrenzende hotel Savoie.

O quarto era amplo, banheiro bom. O bar terraço do hotel é uma delícia. Fica realmente do lado do centro histórico.

Cons:

No dia que eu cheguei, dia 07.06, um domingo, por volta da hora do almoço, não fui tão bem recepcionada. Não me explicaram direito o funcionamento do hotel. Tanto que depois percebi que poderia ter utilizado uma área de spa, que teria sido ótimo. Os demais atendentes foram ótimos e auxiliaram no que puderam. Embora ninguém tenha ajudado a levar as malas em um hotel desse porte.
O quarto era barulhento e o entorno do hotel, embora próximo das atrações turísticas, é péssimo. Perigoso e sem tantas opções boas para comer por exemplo. Não é uma boa região para se hospedar.

Für Reisende ideal gelegen wegen Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Centre Storico. Genua hat mich sehr positiv überrascht.
