Rozczarowanie
Pros:

Lokalizacja, spokój w hotelu, przyzwoita strefa basenowa z saunami.

Cons:

Na początek błędna lokalizacja wjazdu do hotelu na mapach GOOGLE. Nie wiem czy to wina hotelu ale warto to zweryfikować. Katastrofalna obsługa recepcji. Pokój, który dostaliśmy, nie spełniał standardów hotelu 5-gwiazdkowego. Było zdecydowanie za gorąco, a okres był upalny. Otrzymaliśmy nowy. Klucz przyniósł pracownik recepcji. Po chwili otrzymaliśmy telefon, kiedy się przeniesiemy, i po usłyszeniu informacji, że zajmie to nam 15–20 minut, pracownik wyraźnie zasugerował, że to za długo, bo obsługa sprzątająca chce już sprzątać! sic? Kto tu jest dla kogo? Pracownik ten "zapomniał" natomiast przyprowadzić wózek pomocny przy przenosinach. Niechaj klient sam sobie radzi. Ten pokój też okazał się katastrofą, kontakt z recepcją zakończył się sugestią, że wystarczy pokręcić pokrętłem klimatyzacji. Była to nieprawda, do której hotel przyznał się kolejnego dnia. Dopiero moja osobista wizyta w recepcji i zdecydowana postawa spowodowała, że otrzymaliśmy pokój spełniający standardy. Cała operacja zabrała nam ok. 3 godzin. Oczywiście, żadnego przepraszam. Kolejnym rozczarowaniem była wizyta na śniadaniu. Obsługa przygotowująca gorące posiłki na zamówienie była niedostępna, a jak się pojawiła, to realizowała zamówienie "za karę". Muszę przyznać, że nie takiego pobytu się spodziewałem.
