La profesionalidad del personal y su ubicación
L'accès à la piscine et au spa. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux.
L'accueil des réceptionnistes qui ne sont pas aidants: " regarder sur Google maps" si vous voulez des informations.
La climatisation en panne en plein été (28° dans la chambre).
Service de ménage qui passe alors qu'on est au petit déjeuner.
La porte coulissante des toilettes impossible à fermer.

How is it even a five star hotel ? It’s an old property and that shows. There is not even water dispenser
Просторные номера, разнообразный завтрак. Детское меню в ресторане. Рядом остановки общественного транспорта. Услугами СПА за две ночевки так и не воспользовались. Хорошее постельное белье.
Дорогая и темная подземная парковка с заездом только с одной улицы. Дверь в ванную закрывалась с трудом). На завтраках иногда бывает аншлаг, можно или в лобби перейти, либо подождать.
Хороший большой отель с бассейном и сауной. Просторные номера, довольно чистые, персонал приветливый, постельное меняли ежедневно
Платная парковка
В цілому готель гарний, добрі сніданки, свої платна парковка, дуже зручно
Готель не розрахований на спеку. Немає кондиціонерів в номері (є загальна вентиляція, температура нижче 23 градусів не опускається)
Була спека 38 градусів в номері душно жарко :(

Lokalizacja, klimat hotelu i obsluga na najwyższym poziomie. Zawsze korzystamy ze śniadań ponieważ są wyjątkowe, bardzo smaczne i bardzo urozmaicone. Jakość produktów jest na najwyższym poziomie. A fakt, że można do 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu w Warszawie przyjechać z pieskiem daje extra punkty temu miejscu.

Ho avuto problemi con la stanza in quanto il televisore non funzionava correttamente e ogni 10 secondi c'era il fermo immagine dei programmi. Ho rappresentato il problema al front desk che ha inviato dopo due giorni un tecnico che ha sostituito la televisione ma senza successo. Anche l'aria condizionata era molto rumorosa e la lampadina del corridoio bruciata. La stanza era molto bella ma carente in manutenzione.
Al check out ho ripetuto queste mie rimostranze al front desk e il ragazzo, tra l'altro molto giovane, che le ha accolte ha detto che avrebbe trasmesso le informazioni al manager eventualmente anche per fornirmi uno sconto viste le problematiche indicate. Ovviamente attenderò in eterno infruttuosamente
