El personal muy amable y la ubicación excelente
Habitación vieja, con moqueta, mobiliario rancio y la terraza con silla de plástico. Demasiado caro para esto.

Parking muy estrecho y lo peor de la estancia que antes de la hora de salida entraran las limpiadoras a la habitación y nos pillaran dentro, sin llamar sin asegurarse que estuviera vacía
Great Location. Lovely staff. We had great help with parking - needed because of the tight space of the parking garage. Comfortable room. The location is nice too. We walked 10-15 min to the city center. It’s a 45 min walk to the Alhambra, of course there is a bus stop right in front of the building too.
It can get loud outside… the thing is, that this is not uncommon. We had several stays in spanish housing. You may hear the neighbors or streets. The culture is busy through out the evening or even nights. I would NOT consider it a flaw. It’s part of the experience. Still good to know for you light sleepers out there.

Habitación individual reducida, pero suficiente para una noche y muy limpia.
Estar casi en el centro pero sin el bullicio del mismo.
A mi parecer necesita una renovación del vestuario de camas.
El personal era amable y todo estaba bastante limpio
Una estancia muy decepcionante. Viajo mucho por trabajo y por placer y este es el peor hotel de 4 estrellas en el que he estado con diferencia. El hotel está viejo y se nota en todo: las paredes descorchadas, la bañera con una burbuja en medio, las baldosas del baño que tienen mínimo 20 años. El "aire acondicionado" de la habitación tan solo tenía una rosca de plástico amarillento (os podéis imaginar el tiempo que tiene) que te dejaba ponerlo del 0 al 3. Creo que la gestión del hotel debe entender que el ruido no refresca, el aire sonaba como una locomotora pero apenas refrescaba la habitación. Y hablando de habitación, nos tocó un zulo que tenía una pequeña ventana que daba a un pozo, en esa habitación casi no había luz natural y para saber qué tiempo hacía teníamos que salir a la calle. El desayuno era muy muy justito, seguramente lo mínimo imprescindible para cumplir con la normativa.
No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Le podría dar 3 en un buen día y seguramente ni eso. Es una verguenza que nos hayan cobrado 150euros LA NOCHE por dos personas para estar en esas condiciones. Mi consejo es que si podéis, evitadlo, pagad 50e más y alojaros en un hotel de cuatro estrellas de verdad y sino, sé a ciencia cierta que hay hoteles de 3 estrellas que le pegan mil vueltas.
En general ha sido una experiencia bastante deprimente, y más por el precio que hemos pagado.

No facilitar una habitación con dos camas para dos señores casados con sus respectivas mujeres.
la situació de l'hotel és molt bona i el personal és amable. Les cortines de l'habitació tapen bé la llum.
Les instal.lacions estan molt antiquades,la decoració i els mobles dels anys 80, el llit és incòmode, el bany molt petit. La temperatura de la dutxa impossible de regular, o massa fred o te cremes. Però el pitjo és que les parets semblen de paper, sents qualsevol soroll del passadís o de les habitacions del voltant.
