OPUS Vancouver

This hotel is amazing! It’s in a prime location - the staff is so nice and helpful - the room was spacious and so comfortable - bathroom was A+++++

I highly recommend this hotel and hope to have an opportunity to come back to Vancouver - just to stay here!!!

Our second visit, even better than the first; upgraded room, tremendously inviting bathroom & shower, full width counter accommodating a stylishly trendy and cool "bowl" sink, excellent close-off to the room, toilet separated from the shower and sink area for privacy, awesomely comfortable bed.

Scott IS THE MAN, providing TWO AMAZING options at tremendous price points for our family even though it was an emergent request and a very late booking on our part.

Despite a significant delay for our family due to border issues, Patricia enthusiastically welcomed us back, Kave(?) was super kind and assisted us with our luggage in the pelting rain, promptly escorting us to our room along with our luggage. Stephanie, Mitchell, Austin, Luca wowed us with their customer service and personal assistance, creating an atmosphere and feeling of comfort, confidence and being well cared for as "guests in their home".

OPUS Vancouver is THE TOP of our list for a place to stay!
We look forward to our next visit to feel welcomed "home", pampered as special guests and feeling great throughout and after our stay.

Very helpful staff. The location is perfect!! Lots to do and see. The e-bikes at the hotel were a great way to get around.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Very good location in the city.

I’ll start with my 2 small complaints- there are no drawers in the room and you can’t actually sit out on the balcony.
All the positives- everyone that works at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The heated floors are a delight. Breakfast is very good. We loved the location! You are near the water and near the train station. There are delicious restaurants nearby- don’t miss Blue Water Cafe. If we went back to Vancouver we would stay there again.

Absolutely incredible service truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!!!

Our stay at the OPUS Hotel was honestly next level. The service was exceptional from the moment we walked through the door. You’re greeted with a glass of rosé, which is such a fun and thoughtful touch but it was the little things throughout our entire stay that really stood out.

They went above and beyond for us from making my birthday special with an incredible surprise of gourmet goodies and local chocolates and bottle of rose & to taking such amazing care of my friend before and after the race with thoughtful snacks for a post marathon to just genuinely making us feel welcomed and looked after. And what impressed me most was that it wasn’t just one person. Every single person we interacted with was incredible. Friendly, attentive, genuine and so accommodating.

You can stay at a beautiful hotel, but it’s the people and the way they make you feel that you remember and OPUS absolutely nailed that.

We felt so cared for, celebrated and welcomed the entire time. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their team. If you’re staying in Vancouver, do yourself a favour and book OPUS. You won’t regret it!!!

We stayed at 5 highend hotels in Vancouver and this service was the BEST

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel room was modern and clean, the location was perfect for restaurants and the beautiful waterfront. Our favorite thing was the ease of checking out their bikes because biking was such a fun and safe way to explore the seawall, park, and even cut across the city, as bike lanes are well-protected. But the thing that really stuck out about the hotel was the staff. They were phenomenal genuinely friendly and warm and had great recommendations whenever we asked for any tips. We felt very welcome and comfortable at the Opus.

Opus was great.. will be visiting again. Location was right where we wanted to be to experience Vancouver. My wife loved that shopping was nearby. The hotel was clean., attentive and suited our needs. The room space was enough and the area quiet enough at night to sleep and safe enough to come stumbling home after a late date night from the bars-a-plenty nearby. Opus will always be a favorite consideration when we visit Vancouver again.

The convenience , the quaintness, the location under extenuating circumstances. Dealing with a tragic family issue where s a sibbling is in ICU at VGH. The accommodation was close but far enough away to provide a haven..
