The location of Opus is terrific - right in the middle of Yorktown and steps from the train. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I took advantage of the e-bike loaner which was a great way to explore. Highly recommend!
Great location, clean, comfortable room, and super welcoming and attentive staff. Two separate stays in the last couple of weeks, this is now my Vancouver go to.
We received welcome drinks upon check in which was such a nice way to start our weekend. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The location was perfect being so close to the train to get around and close to many restaurants. The room was very comfortable and super fun. We loved how bright and funky it was. The window to the bathroom was a wild surprise.
Like all hotels in Vancouver it's expensive. I don't think I would be able to afford to stay here if we hadn't gotten a good discount. Only other critique is that the blinds could be better.

We had a great one night stay. Check in was a great experience. Room was ready early, staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was pristine, bed was very comfortable. We were attending a concert at Roger's Arena and the location was perfect. We took advantage of their e-bikes which were super fun. Took them around the seawall for a couple of hours. We will definitely be back!!
Beautiful boutique hotel
Gorgeous spaces but super small rooms with very little space for luggage and moving around. Bathrooms are cool overlooking the street but sad you have to close the shades to use the bathroom.
We loved the coffee maker in the room, but had no idea they charged $25 Canadian for the water in the beverage fridge! Wish they would list prices if they charge for the water. Since creamer was in the fridge we didn’t think they charged and they ask us to scan code to fill your minibar, we didn’t scan code and didn’t know what was expensive. Lesson learned, called the concierge to find out if the coffee creamer and waters are a charge. Disappointed in that aspect.
The room was spacious and contemporary. The staff friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect.
great team, always a lovely home away from home
Great base to explore Vancouver from. We stayed 3 times over our 3 week holiday, returning happily between trips to Vancouver Island and Alaska. On one visit we opted for an upgrade and got a room with 3 TVs! That's a record for us, but spoiled us for future visits ;). Would definitely recommend it. (the lobby and restaurant music could be improved but we didn't have to suffer it for too long).
Staff and location were great!
Accommodations were great and its location afforded many touring options as well as dining.
