Love the location s as and the hotel
Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice
Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable
We went for a show, so location to Utilita Arena was perfect
Nothing we didn't like
All staff we met were excellent and couldn't do enough for us.
Location was perfect for the Arena - just a couple of minutes walk.
In the evening after attending an event there was only one young lady on the bar. It was so busy and she was really struggling. Definitely another staff member needed on busy nights like that. That young lady was wonderful and even though she was so busy she was smiling and doing her best. She should be commended!
Have stayed here many times as the hotel is in a great location, close to Brindley Place bars and restaurants and also the Utilita Arena
Property is close to theatres and restaurants. Excellent value for money when staying overnight
Staff are so friendly, location is excellent with good nearby parking. Hotel is very clean and bar/food good.
It would be nice to have a better selection of teas etc. in the room.
The location was perfect for the Utilita Arena, just away from bars and noise. Beds were large and very comfortable. The two girls on the bar (13th June) were excellent and worked well under pressure.

The location was great. Easy to get to by car. Parking was easy to deal with. We used the hotels Just park service and got a space without any problems. They are narrow spaces so beware with bigger cars. The room was very comfortable, clean and easy to access. The hotel was close to all the amenities we needed to use. We also had breakfast at the hotel which was very good. A great selection of continental and cooked breakfast. Would be nice to have non-instant decaf coffee though. There is a nice spacious lobby with good seating. We would definitely use this hotel again.
Only thing I would have changed would have been firmer pillow otherwise we were very satisfied with our stay, Thank you
Hotel was close to the event we was attending
Was told breakfast was until 11.00 when we arrived and when we came down at 9.30 it was closed. Manager apologised and stated he would remove the money from the bar bill as the breakfast was included in the package
