En kötü Hilton
Cons:

Kaldığım en kötü Hilton oteliydi. Civarındaki otellerin 3 katı fiyatlandırılmasına rağmen aşırı küçük odaları var, odada kahve makinesi vb hiç bir imkan yok minik bir tane su dışında bir şey yok. En büyük sorun ise çalışanların tavrı. Beni bir dövmedikleri kaldı sürekli bir azarlama tonunda konuşma hiç bir şeye doğru düzgün cevap vermeme (sorduğumda ise sadece check in saati) öğlen vardım ve alınmadım valizimi bırakıp akşam dönmek üzere çıktım ona bile nazlandılar. Cafesini kullandım orada da aynı muamele, masaya hizmet yok azarlayan bir cafe görevlisi parayı ödeyin önce diye nezaketsiz tavırlar… otel odası için ödememi girişte yaptım ve fişimi alamadım ön büro elemanı fişi çöpe attım veremem dedi. İlk defa böyle bir tepki alıyorum. 3 günlük seyahatimin yalnızca bir günü bu otele katlanabildim ertesi gün çok daha uygun fiyatlı ama Hiltondan çok daha iyi bir otele geçtim ve bu sorunların hiçbirini yaşamadım.

Central, calme et très confortable
Pros:

Central, au calme, hôtel neuf au bon standard de la marque, I.e. confortable, proposant un excellent et copieux PdJ.
Pk a proximité immédiate.
Belle vue sur les canaux (pour notre CH, spacieuse, en etage élevé)

Cons:

La personne nous ayant reçu au check in peut changer de métier.

Pros:

We like it here. Good sized room. Excellent breakfast. Clean, comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Location is great, hidden just behind Borad Street with its clubs, bars and hustle. A short walk to Brindley Place, which is a relaxing tourist spot with coffee, restaurants and access to a lovely canal side walk.

All good.

Great location, great breakfast and comfy bed.
Pros:

The decor in the communal areas was lovely, very modern. The bedroom we were in was tastefully decorated but the bathroom was very tired looking.

Cons:

The bathroom looked old fashioned and tired.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was quiet and the bed was really comfy with lovely pillows and luxurious bedding. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay again.
