Location was really good
Air conditioning did not work. I slept really badly as very hot. The bed was quite comfortable but again too hot even without the duvet on me
Damaged my car getting out of the car park as exit is ridiculously narrow to get out of.
Good location, bed was comfy
I booked this hotel because it said on booking.com there was a car park and a spa. When I got there I was told there was no car park, I had to park in the multi-storey next door. Also told there was no spa, the gym is awful. Was also asked by the person who checked me in if I wanted breakfast, I said I’ll decide in the morning as I’m not sure. He told me the price goes up £4 of if I book in morning! Why? There is no justifiable reason, just excuse to make more money.

Most of the staff were very helpful and courteous. One female receptionist was very far from that. This was the experience of all 7 of my friends who also stayed at the hotel
The receptionist mentioned above. The fact that in a heatwave the air conditioning was out of order.
Location was close to the centre
Room was 33 degrees with the supposed ventilation cooling system on. Outside was below 30, so not sure how this was the case. The room was far too hot to sleep in. My mother was also worried about how hot the room was. We decided we wouldn't sleep there, and for the first time ever, decided to leave to another nearby hotel, which had air conditioning. I heard many people complaining about this also.
There was also no lift from the car park to the foyer, which was difficult for my mother with climbing the stairs.
Requested a refund, but received no reply. Honestly shocking. Don't go near this hotel there are many better close by

No working Air con and nothing to help remedy the problem. Hotel room was unbearable to stay in due to the heat so did not sleep at all and checked out early
Also paid £30 extra for the Romantic package and was displeased with the effort. Aside from the bottle of Prosecco and chocolate expected more than one balloon and a couple heart candles on the bed
