Seems to have had rooms refurbished since our last stay and this has been done to a good standard.

Outstanding stay! The staff provided excellent customer service, making me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. The restaurant team was amazing, especially cooking a delicious, fresh omelette to order. I loved my time at this Hilton Inn and would definitely stay here again!
Bed was very comfortable
Stayed while the UK was having a heatwave and the AC did not work. The room was extremely hot.
Room was sweltering during the heat wave air con not working. Told we would get a refund. After sending multiple emails and calling multiple times no refund. Still waiting. Staff polite saying will get back left details then nothing.

Breakfast had a good range of options, the rooms were roomy and the restaurant had a good range of comfort food.
I was given an accessible room. I don’t mind the lower bed and lower sink in the bathroom. However the bathroom is a wet room… I understand that they were busy and they didn’t have another room available, but I booked a lot in advance and they could have told me before arrival and offered me the option to cancel for a refund.

Location is perfect and its a well kept hotel
The AC facility wasnt working and we weren't made aware until we checked in, so it was a very long and hot night.
Location was excellent for pedestrianised city centre.
Breakfast was good.
No air con despite online info, window opened for cooling ventilation also let in late night reveller’s noise. Text message checking in and asking for response did not accept responses. Facial tissue container was empty and not refilled despite prompting. Reception asked for feedback but did not appear able to act on it.
Convenient location
I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. My room was lovely: comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The location was also superb, making it easy to get wherever I needed. Altogether, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily stay there again.
