Not amazing, service should be improved

Cons:

Service at breakfast - i had to ask for food to be brought out as some plates were empty. Not great when one needs to rush to a meeting. Had to ask to add milk as it ran out. Gym is very small, one machine was broken. But the cherry on the top was a freezing shower in the morning i had to take due to a boiler issue. All i was told is “sorry”. Very bad experience.
