The reception team on booking in were friendly and very helpful. Excellent service.

Cons:

Pillows in bedroom to soft, had uncomfortable nite. I approached staff regardging this matter in which they tried to put right , but unsuccessful.. it would be helpful if there could a be choice of soft or firm pillows available to guests if requested.

The location is good. We had a river view and there were tables outside to enjoy the view.

There should be two chairs in a double room to enable both people to sit down. One chair and a little still isn't adequate.

Gutes Hotel, aber Augen auf bei der Zimmerwahl
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fluss, und man kann in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum sein. Wenn man Glück bei der Zimmerzuteilung hat, hat man auch schöne Aussicht auf die Brücke und den Fluss.

Cons:

Unser erstes Zimmer war direkt bei den Aufzügen, wo auch noch etwas defekt war und alle paar Minuten ein mechanisches Scheppern und Quietschen ins Zimmer kam. Wir haben abends noch reklamiert und dann ein besseres Zimmer mit Blick zum Fluss erhalten, weiter weg vom Aufzug.
Frühstück ist etwas desorganisiert, aber schon in Ordnung.
