The person who checked me in didn’t bother reading the comments on my booking that my friend had cancelled so I wanted a double room instead of a twin when I requested to her again she didn’t even check and just said they don’t have any double rooms hard to believe considering hotel was empty and the fact that half the menu for food you couldn’t even order and breakfast was so poor don’t waste your money eat out
Excellent breakfast choices. Hadn’t taken breakfast option when making the reservations but on arrival breakfast was included.

When we requested food from a menu we were told that was for 'outside' dining ONLY. I could not understand why a sandwich could only be eaten outside and not inside. What if it was raining?

The reception team on booking in were friendly and very helpful. Excellent service.
Pillows in bedroom to soft, had uncomfortable nite. I approached staff regardging this matter in which they tried to put right , but unsuccessful.. it would be helpful if there could a be choice of soft or firm pillows available to guests if requested.
