La struttura era centrale, e comoda da raggiungere. La camera davvero spaziosa, con tutto a disposizione e pulita.

Al nostro check-in lo staff non era per niente accogliente, sembra quasi ci stessero facendo un favore. Per cena siamo scesi al bistrot e lo staff era pessimo, alla cassa/bar c’era una donna, che sembrava quasi volesse picchiarci solo perché eravamo lì. Io ho chiesto un burger poi ancora prima di pagare leggendo meglio ho visto che c’entrano delle cose all’interno che non potevo mangiare e ho chiesto di cambiare il burger (il conto non era ancora chiuso) lei si è rivolta al suo collega, che era all’interno della cucina, con fare scocciato e scostumato dicendo che non andava più bene il burger e parlava di noi come se non eravamo lì ed il collega sbraitava dalla cucina. Burger che era palesemente già pronto di quelli da frigo da mettere solo in microonde, visto che è arrivato dopo neanche 10 minuti.

Nice hotel within walking distance of the Dome and Convention Center in STL
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location for the concert at the Dome we were attending. Staff was great and the room was nice.

Cons:

Traffic was crazy getting to the hotel and valet parking was backed up for bit. All good though. We noticed the price for our room was almost double compared to a stay the week before.
