Es un hotel en un edificio muy bonito, con buenas decoraciones, y muy céntrico. Los restaurantes que hay sirven buena comida y desayunos, y el personal en general muy amable.

Cons:

Reservamos dos habitaciones estándar, de la misma categoría y precio. No obstante, una de ellas era de evidente calidad inferior: bastante más pequeña, no tenía ventilador (sólo aire acondicionado muy ruidoso a ratos), puerta corredera para el aseo… Nos quejamos, pero no sirvió de nada, ni ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación.
Además, las camas en esas habitaciones son pequeñas e incómodas. En cuanto se mueve una persona se siente en toda la cama. Un hotel de esa categoría debería tener mejores camas.
Las ventanas de las habitaciones no se pueden abrir, por lo que no se pueden airear.

Charming and well-kept hotel in the heart of Oaxaca
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, very well kept, and offers both a restaurant and a very pleasant café. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and professional. The room was charming, in a slightly dated way yet functional overall. The swimming pool was not very big but perfect for a relaxing time. The location, a stone throw from the Zocalo, was also fantastic for an enjoyable stay in the city centre.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable, and the AC unit very loud. The curtains and blinds were impractical as designed, especially for someone small. The room did not offer much space either for opening a computer or write notes.

El desayuno muy rico y a buen precio. Sergio y Felix muy atentos y muy oportunos con sus sugerencias. Excelentes en su trabajo en el restaurant.

Cons:

El bloqueo de los maestros en todo el centro de Oaxaca y en especial enfrente del hotel fue muy desagradable.
