Beautiful hotel, perfectly placed
Pros:

Beautiful hotel perfectly placed for the centre of town. The pool area was great for some relaxation after a busy day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop downstairs was perfect for a really good coffee and breakfast.

Un excelente hotel boutique para disfrutar de Oaxaca.
Pros:

Un hotel boutique muy bonito, muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico de Oaxaca, a dos cuadras del zócalo y del andador turístico. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias, muy bien equipadas. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable.

Cenamos una sola vez en el restaurante Asunción del hotel y tuvimos que esperar casi 1 hora para comer una hamburguesa y unos tacos, reconociendo que nos hicieron un descuento para compensar la espera.
A pesar de que avisamos a la camarera que ya no teníamos shampoo y que el jabón de cuerpo estaba por agotarse, al día siguiente nos dimos cuenta que no habían repuesto lo necesario.

Lovely colonial style hotel
Pros:

The location was so central and everything was walkable. The hotel has everything that you need. The pool is on the small side but is great to cool down on a warm day. The beds are comfortable and rooms are large and clean. There is a coffee shop attached that is great to grab a coffee in the morning. There is free parking available at the property as well.

Cons:

The only thing I could say is that we had room 191 that is right off the main central patio so can be a bit noisy in the morning. It did not bother us though as we left early to explore.

I would only recommend staying here if you booked a Jr suite as the standard rooms are small and don’t have exterior win
Pros:

Central location , cafe served excellent coffee

Cons:

Internal rooms are small and have very small inward windows that look into a corridor, we up graded to a Jr suite exterior facing windows.
