The location and the building itself are really nice

Cons:

This time we were on the 3rd floor and the room was just below some technical machines which were loud all night long and we could not sleep well 🫤 at the next day I request to be room change; we were in a new room in 2nd floor with no ventilation at all! The air quality was the worst I ever been in all my travel history. The only possibility to get clean air was opening the main door and leaving it open for some time. The glass window was fixed and with no chance to open it. I would request a refund or some kind of compensation 😠

The traditional style and pool area was fabulous.

Cons:

The rooms are very basic and ours lacked any window. Staff did not greet or farewell us - a small thing, maybe but important none the less.

Classic architecture and cultural stay! Great art on display.
Pros:

A classic building with lovely decor, art, courtyard, chandeliers, pool. Excellent service! Restaurant and coffee shop were very good. Filtered water provided. Location was excellent near the Zocalo, but room was dark, quiet, air conditioned.

An excellent place to stay for a few days in Oaxaca to enjoy local culture and gastronomic.
Pros:

The Hotel is located a block from the main plaza of Oaxaca, and I was impressed with the appearance and facilities of the Naura. Room was extra large and include all animates and toiletries. In addition, the front desk staff and services personnel were extremely friendly and willing to assist with any request.

Location was great. Being close to the square made it easily walkable to many venues.
Pros:

Service at restaurant and front desk was very good! We had a problem with hot water in our room and they switched us to another room. Problem fixed! Very clean and comfortable. Loved that there was a shuttle available from airport to hotel and vice versa. Made it very convenient for our group.

Cons:

Wish there were more toiletries provided like lotion. Not a deal breaker. Also would have appreciated a little fridge. The coffee maker was wonderful! A little noisy when you're located around the common area downstairs next to the restaurant. But being heavy sleepers it was not a big problem. All in all it was a good experience!

The room and bathroom were very spacious. Very clean. And the staff were very welcoming.
By booking here we got 2 complimentary drinks!!

You get complimentary coffee in the room. But the coffe at the bar was really good.

You can walk almost everywhere.

Cons:

When we arrived they give us the farthest room, and the one where above us there was construction going on. Hammering was extremely loud. But they changed us to another room.
