Pros:

The Staff were very helpful and courteous in all of our special needs, except for the Shuttle Service.

Cons:

My wife and I had to wait an hour for our shuttle at the airport. When the shuttle did arrive, we were told by a particular flight attendant that this shuttle was just for the flight crew and the flight attendants. However, I was able to explain the situation to the driver and he disagreed with the flght attendant statement and was able to make room for us. The front desk personnel acknowledged that there was only 1 shuttle per hour even though we had informed them of our arrival. The attendant also admitted there were only supposed to be 8 crew members but 14 actually arrived.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.workout room was useful.

Cons:

Breakfast sausage was awful. Rowing machine doesn't work properly, the seat doesn't roll on the track the way it should. Something was dragging out jammed up. At the airport where all the hotel shuttle busses wait, the Marrott didn't have a schedule posted. We weren't sure if we were waiting in the right place.

Ruime kamer

Cons:

De dekbedden stinken naar zweet wat niet heel raar is want onder het hoeslaken zit een laag puur plastic dus dat slaapt vreselijk. Het slot op de deur was kapot en de spinraggen hingen aan het plafond . Kortom vreselijke nacht gehad

Heerlijk hotel en goede uitvalsbasis voor een (vlieg)vakantie of bezoek aan Haarlem, Zandvoort
Pros:

Locatie was perfect als uitvalsbasis voor een huwelijk in Heemstede. Kamers waren royaal voor een gezin met 2 kinderen, met royale badkamer, fitness, bowlingbaan om de hoek, etc.

Pros:

This is a contemporary, classy hotel somehow close to the airport. We had a car that we parked near the hotel (the bowling center) for free, so that was no problem for us. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had both a tub and a shower. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We used the hotel gym, which didn't disappoint. Also rented e-bikes from the reception to ride all the way to the city center, which was maybe the best day of our vacation.

Cons:

Could be hard for people to travel to and from the city and also to and from the airport. Distances are not short. The gym could accommodate 3-4 people but was not busy at the time we used it.

A great hotel at a perfect price.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless clean. The hotel was contemporary and modern, with a chic feel to it. The gym was adequate for a group of 3-4 people. The staff was very polite. The price was very good at the time we visited.

Cons:

The mini fridge in the room was not working and seemed to have been broken for some time. The distance from the city and the airport is not manageable if you don't have a car.
