Friendly staff, clean rooms and yummy food
We stayed here for easy access to the airport and the advertised shuttle bus service.
Upon enquiry they said that as we had to be at the airport at 5 am they were unable to assist as the shuttle only starts running at 5:40.
However as we were checking out there was a shuttle bus running the engine warm at the entrance waiting for another couple to take them to the airport. If we had to pay for the service, you could have told us. Would've been earlier than driving twice to the airport to get luggage and passengers to the airport and saved an hours racing to check in on time.
With little kids so early in the morning it would've been far better experience!

Oda temizdi.
Öncelikle depozito aldılar 2 hafta geçti iade edilmedi. Yüksek hızlı internet ücreti kestiler yatmayandan yatmaya gittik ve internetini bile kullanmadık itiraz etmemize rağmen kestiler günlük 10€ iki gün için 20€ . Otopark ücreti oldukça yüksek günlük 20 €.Amsterdam merkeze epey uzak. Etrafta yemek içme imkanı yok denecek kadar kısıtlı. Resepsiyondaki beyefendide oldukça kabaydı…Keşke biraz daha fazla ödeyip merkezde kalsaydık zaten git gel otopark derken merkezde konaklamak daha uyguna gelecekti.Booking müşteri hizmetlerine yazdım dönüş bile yapmadılar muhatap yok. Fatura fotoğraflarını aşağıya yüklüyorum bakabilirsiniz.

Breakfast was good, although my favourite, scrambled eggs and bacon were both so overcoodked. Otherwise, nice breakfast.
About the drinking glasses in the room. How are those washed/changed. The second day, when room cleanig had done cleaning, we noticed, the glasses were all dirty, looked like those were not changed to new ones, but only washed quickly under tap. Is that possible.... it feels gross. And it makes me wonder if they were just wiped down with some dirty rag—the same one used to wipe the drinking glasses in all the rooms. Once I returned the glasses to reception, they said sorry...but the same happened other days too. That was not nice.

Falta de limpieza y personal del hotel
Instalações muito confortáveis, com cafeteria disponível, frigobar. Passei apenas 1 noite, pois queria uma hospedagem próxima ao aeroporto. Funcionários prestativos.
Atentar que não fica próxima de nenhuma linha de metrô ou trem, então não recomendo para quem quer turistar, já que o transporte público de Amsterdã é ótimo.
