Excellent hotel with a great location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.

We were upgraded to an executive suite, which is more spacious, and we love it! Credit goes to Mr. Hope; thank you so much for finding a way for us to check in immediately.

La grande chambre, la propreté,la qualité du buffet petit dej et dîner, la disponibilité du personnel pour toute demande.
L'hôtel est très très loin des commerces, il faut au minimum payer 20 ryals pour chaque déplacement. Surtout que les taxis ne démarrent jamais avec 0 au compteur, le compteur commence toujours de 5 à 10 ryals. Ceux de l'aéroport démarre avec 25 ryals
Si le temps est une rivière qui emporte tout sur son passage, certaines rencontres en sont les rochers solides, immobiles, qui résistent à son courant. Mon séjour parmi vous au Movënpick a été l’une de ces rencontres.
Votre accueil chaleureux, votre professionnalisme sans faille et cette attention discrète mais toujours présente ont transformé des jours ordinaires en moments extraordinaires. Chaque détail, chaque sourire, chaque geste a contribué à créer une harmonie rare, où l’on se sent à la fois chez soi et quelque part d’exceptionnel.
Merci d’avoir été bien plus que des guides : Pavel, Saber, Tabitha, Jojo, Hope, Maureen, Faith, Solange, Arianne, Addelerazzaq, Arlene, Penkaj, Bradley, Belle, Manoj, Phenny, Ana, Seif, et à toute l’équipe que je ne souviens pas tous les noms (sorry) des artisans d’expériences, des gardiens de souvenirs, et surtout, des êtres humains qui savent que l’hospitalité est un art bien plus grand que la simple satisfaction des besoins.
