Overall, the stay was perfect!

I did not like having to a pay an additional $40.00 for an early check=in considering it was only an 1 1/2hr earlier than normal, plus having been a repeat customer.

Uitstekend klassiek hotel op een goede locatie
Pros:

Het is een werkelijk prachtig gebouw. Compleet met enorme klassieke balzalen en dat soort spul. Kijk vooral even op de zevende verdieping. De kamer was erg groot en vergeleken met de andere hotels die ik in canada had ook niet echt duur.
Het hotel ligt vlak bij het treinstation. En de de buslijnen D12 en D13 naar het vliegveld

Location and historic feel. Also maintenance staff was great when we had issue with ac.

The underground parking has no access with elevator. Customers must carry luggage up stairs no other option.

pleasant, warm, accessible, comfortable and courteous, and clean.
Pros:

The room was huge. It is an old hotel, so has style of history. Restaurant silver service and bar keeper very smart. A typical 'Railway' hotel, to attract custom to Winnipeg, the railway and the hotel. Just a skip and a jump to the railway station, ideal if catching the train the next day (as we did, to Churchill, Manitoba)

Beautiful property
Pros:

The room was clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Very nice bathroom amenities and the entire building is just so charming and beautiful. All staff we encountered were incredibly friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom could use a bit of an update as it is quite outdated, but it was still clean and had everything we needed. Did not realize no fridge in the room but we made do as we had a cooler.

Superb experience!
Pros:

Our stay was a 20 out of 10. The staff was amazing from switching rooms to be closer to our friends, helping us find a good golf course to bringing on laughs. My favorite was the bed and pillows. So luxurious and comfortable. Definitely be back for the charm of the building, access to the Forks and for another wonderful experience.

Cons:

Parking is difficult but that was because there were two weddings. The Valet helped which was a Godsend.

Pros:

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Hotellet hade en gammaldags elegans men var ändå praktiskt och bekvämt. Det är ju i grunden ett järnvägshotell och perfekt att bo på om man vill göra ett uppehåll när man reser med The Canadian.
