Great location and wonderful staff, but the breakfast and housekeeping could definitely be improved.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was also excellent, with everything we needed within easy reach.

Cons:

The room cleaning was not as good as I expected. The bed sheets were not changed every day, and overall the cleaning could have been better.

Breakfast was probably the most disappointing part. No matter what time we went in the morning, the hot food was always cold. Some of the food also seemed to have been reheated several times, which you could clearly notice from the taste and texture.

For a hotel at this level, I definitely expected better, especially when it came to the breakfast and housekeeping.

ممكن نختمها بشكل أجمل هكذا: Overall, everything was beautiful and wonderful, and we had a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

What I liked most about the hotel was its excellent location, especially how close it is to Galata Tower and Galataport. The view from the room was also amazing.

Cons:

The only things I did not like were that the room was a bit small, and even when the curtains were fully closed, some light still came through the middle and the sides in the morning, which made us wake up earlier than we wanted.

However, everything else was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay.
