I recently had the pleasure of staying here for the second time, and my experience on 07/12/26 was exceptional. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the front desk staff, particularly the lady who assisted me, were incredibly nice and generous. She went above and beyond to ensure I received the room I requested, making me feel truly welcome 🥰. The housekeeping staff were also noteworthy, always greeting me with a smile and demonstrating excellent customer service 🥰. Additionally, the van shuttle driver / houseman was very friendly and engaging, making our conversations during the airport trip truly enjoyable.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff's exceptional service 🌟. However, I was struck by the accumulation of trash along the stairways and outside the front door, which detracted from the overall experience. In light of this, I suggest that the hotel consider adjusting its waste management procedures, particularly on weekends when the houseman is not present. Perhaps the housekeeper could take on this responsibility to ensure that the trash cans 🗑️ are emptied regularly. I'd also like to remind my fellow guests to be mindful of their impact on the hotel's environment and to dispose of their trash, including cigarette butts 🚬, in a responsible manner. Finally, I think it's worth considering the benefits of replacing carpeted rooms with tile or wood flooring to create a fresher, more welcoming atmosphere.

Pros:

I liked that the location was close to my relatives.

Cons:

I didn't like the property maintenance. The room smelled like cigarettes. The carpet was worn and burnt. I had dry toothpaste in my hand towel from someone else. The ac unit was damaged.
