The only thing I liked was how close it was to the mall. Some of the staff were pleasant, not all.

Cons:

No efforts were made to respond to my emails about my concerns. The overall experience fell short. Breakfast was very limited, only tea and muffins, and even when I arrived early they had already run out of coffee and hot chocolate. There was also no prior notice that the free shuttle service was unavailable, which was one of the main reasons I chose to book here.

When we first checked in, the room smelled like urine and the floor was extremely sticky, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned. We requested a room change and were accommodated, but while the second room was slightly better, the floors were still sticky.

Overall, the stay could have been much better considering the price. Also, be aware that they do not accept cash for the security deposit. You must have a working credit card or you won’t be able to check in, even if your stay has already been paid for.

El Hotel no tiene mantenimiento, el segundo piso tiene un olor terrible las alfombras del cuarto estan sucias, hay manchas de chicles, la secadora no funciona. El desayuno es un gancho, pero es una estafa, queque y café, esto no es desayuno. En fin un hotel que no recomiendo y Booking debe valorar si lo mantiene en su plataforma.
