Location was great. Room was good with a lovely high ceiling and two single chair beds for the kids. We were welcomed with drinks in our room for us all. The design of the room had the shower included in the room which made it a bit damp. And the door opened out which made the floor very wet. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting and delicious. The hotel overall is stunning. But there was a slight odour of damp/drain on the first floor. Wouldn’t put me off staying again though.

Great location. Big modern room. Drinks in our room to welcome us was nice. Loved that the kids had separate beds. Amazing interior to the hotel. Great breakfast and lovely breakfast room.
The shower was in the room. Meant the room smelt damp not to mention a lack of privacy. The first floor also smelt a bit of drains in the corridor but not enough to stop us staying again. The rooms can be a little noisy of scraping chairs and flushing loos from above/next door. But all in all I would still recommend it.

La habitación muy buena. La atención del personal buenísima... en especial Alazne. Si sois españoles, preguntad por ella. Está muy pendiente del bienestar del cliente tanto en el hotel como haciendo recomendaciones para tu visita a Florencia. Gracias Alazne!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's in an excellent location, just a short walk from the centre of Florence, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, and throughout our stay the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
A special mention goes to Anna in the breakfast area, who looked after my friends and me so well. She even remembered our coffee orders each morning without us having to ask, which was a lovely personal touch.
I'd also like to thank Anna from housekeeping for keeping our rooms immaculate while always respecting our privacy and never disturbing us.
Finally, a big thank you to the reception team—Ann, Hirela, Alazre, Judith, and Francesco—for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed. You all made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great hotel in a quieter corner of downtown. 10 minutes walking from everything you want to see in Florence. Excellent staff and breakfast.
