Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war angenehm und hat Spass gemacht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral, Bahnhof und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel ist ein sehr schöner Altbau mit moderner Ausstattung.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und alles schmeckt gut. Zwischen halb 6 und halb 9 gibt es auch einen Barbetrieb mit netter Bedienung und leckeren Cocktails. Alles ist sauber und schön arrangiert.

Fantastisch hotel
Pros:

Perfect gelegen hotel, mooi historisch gebouw, goed geïsoleerde en mooie kamers met comfortabele bedden. En zeer lekker ontbijt met veel keuze. Ligt kort aan academia galleria en en bent overal kortbij. Ook bushaltes in de buurt waar je kleine busjes kan nemen die je zo naar de andere kant van de stad brengen.

Excelente acomodação.
Pros:

O quarto era totalmente novo e espaçoso, com local ótimo para acomodar as malas. Tinha uma varanda agradável e um banheiro bom. Café da manhã muito gostoso com variedade. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. Apenas no banheiro faltou um cabideiro que ara toalha de banho. Mas não alterou em nada a percepção sobre o hotel

Her şeyi. floransada kalınabilecek en güzel otellerden biri, tertemiz , yatakları aşırı rahat ev konforunda , lokasyon her yere yürüme mesafesinde, araçla gelenler için otoparkı var , biraz pahalı ama Ztl problemini düşününce çok da rahatsız etmiyor , çalışanlar çok kibar , otelin sofistike dekorasyonu, kahvaltısı, her şeyi gerçekten çok iyiydi, gönülden tavsiye..

Great hotel in heart of the city, staying here really made the trip more enjoyable
Pros:

Florence was going through a bit of a heat wave when we arrived but the moment you stepped through the door the temperature was perfect they even had free ice lolly’s at reception, friendly helpful staff great breakfast, immaculate room

Cons:

It’s hard to find anything negative to say about this hotel in fact I can’t and I’m not saying this lightly

Perfect relaxing place to stay. no noise at night.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Easy and flat 15 minute walk to almost every must see in Florence, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, 5 minutes from Accademia.
Room was spotless and great size. Bathroom / shower was perfect.
Breakfast was great with lots of choice and staff always offering coffee etc.
Will stop here again.

Understated luxury
Pros:

This Hotel was the best place we stayed in Italy hands down. It was understated luxury. Spacious, quiet, well located , comfy beds and very friendly helpful staff with good restaurant recommendations and a great breakfast buffet. AC worked very well. Easy walking to all the things.
