It exceeded my expectations honestly.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The free parking was essential to us and the location quiet. The common areas had very good vibes too. Will definitely live to come back.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was the wifi. I felt a bit exposed in having to enrol in the honours program or whatever was called. Also the connect did not feel very secure.

Cons:

Must have been close to the laundry as it sounded like machines spinning. Noisy staff leaving shift. Garbage in hallway our entire stay…. It was a pink milk bottle type container.

Bad experience
Pros:

We had booked 2 rooms online adjoining. When we got there the system was down after half an hour we got our room , not adjoining. We let the staff know our other party would be arriving late and make sure they had a room with 2 beds. When our friends arrived at 2 am they were told there was no room held for them . I had to go down and make sure they had a room. They got a room for 3 people with one bed. We wanted to extend our stay for one day and since it was done online we had to wait til the next morning ,come down check out then check back n to our new rooms. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing . All this stress ruined the vacation for me . I advise not to stay here.

Es war nach unserem Flug aus Deutschland am Abend das erste Hotel. Es waren sehr viele Leute beim einchecken, bis wir irgendwann erfahren haben, das Buchungssystem ist ausgefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren absolut überfordert. Es gab keine ordentliche Kommunikation wie das ganze jetzt abläuft.... nach 2 Stunden waren wir auf unserem Zimmer. Leider ganz schlecht gemacht!

Les déjeuners étaient bons et rapides, mais chers s'ils ne sont pas prit dans le forfait avec la nuit.

Cons:

La piscine était sale et peu invitante , le manque d'employés aux heures de pointes a rendu le service inexistant. Nous avons souhaité profiter de la terrasse avec foyer à défaut se pouvoir se baigner, mais aucun employé n'est venu allumer le feu, malgré 3 demandes. La chambre etait legere.snt sale à notre arrivée, j'ai du nettoyer le bureau de travail rt le comptoir car il y avait des taches de foigts, de gras et de sauce séchée de plus, deux matins, nous avons observés que des gens dormaient dans leur voiture, porte ou valise ouverte avec des effets personnels au sol pres de la voiture.
