I was not able to have the breakfast cause it starts too late at 07:00 am. My flight was 9:30 and I had to be there 3 hours before.

A/c worked well

Cons:

The elevators call button doesnt work for going down and is a long wait
Upon check in the room the a/c was off and the room was uncomfortable hot

Excellent Property
Pros:

The hotel was ideally located for our needs and the staff were very professional. Parking was rather expensive but it is the same everywhere in the GTA
What I must say is that the booking of our rooms was a nightmare. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights then we had to cancel one of the rooms for 1 night only. The lady on the phone did not speak very good English which resulted in her cancelling all of the rooms and then we had to re-book the 1room for 2 nights and 1 room for 1 night, however, much to our disgust the agent advised us that the original rooms were not available and we ended up having to pay more for upgraded rooms.

Get people who can speak English please !!!!

Pros:

Staff are friendly and welcoming. As a Diamond member I appreciate the extra attention to details. A special note to Syd in the restaurant/bar as she makes it feel like coming home with her warm welcome and exceptional service. And also Orlando…very polite and welcoming.
This type of service makes this a location of choice for me (personal and business travel)
