L'attractivité du prix, car seul hôtel accessible dans ma fourchette tarifaire

Cons:

La salle d'eau de la chambre (417) : une catastrophe !!! Odeur fétide, WC bouché, inondation de la douche car bonde mal remise et obstruée par de longs cheveux (que je n'ai pas)... bref, peut largement mieux faire !!!

Petit déjeuner médiocre (peu de choix),
Propreté très médiocre - traces de moisissure et de saleté dans les salles de bain, pommeau de douche très sale, cheveux et traces sur les serviettes, le linge et dans la chambre, porte serviettes rouillé…..
Et un soir en rentrant, 1 serviette pour 2 et pas de papier WC..
Pas la possibilité de mettre d’avantage de photos (4) pour le prouver.

Pros:

J'ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel et j'en suis très satisfait. L'accueil a été parfait, le personnel est agréable et professionnel. La chambre était très propre et bien équipée, avec tous les services nécessaires pour passer un séjour confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était correct. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Hôtel aux tarifs raisonnables, aux portes de Paris, qui semble très adapté pour les groupes.
Chambre propre avec une grande douche
Une double fenêtre à double vitrage, qui isole bien du périphérique
Personnel qui fait son possible

Unfreundliche Personal, sehr unhygienische Lage

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und traurig, dass ich dieses Hotel für eine Übernachtung mit meinem Partner gebucht habe. Da es sich um ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel handelt, hatte ich zumindest einen gewissen Standard an Sauberkeit und Komfort erwartet. Leider wurde ich während unseres Aufenthalts in jeder Hinsicht enttäuscht.

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt extrem vernachlässigt und ungepflegt. Besonders schockierend war der Zustand des Badezimmers. Die Duschwanne sah so aus, als wäre sie seit Monaten nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Die Fugen zwischen den Fliesen, der Duschkopf und die Armaturen waren stark verschmutzt. Auch die Toilette war nicht sauber.

Noch schlimmer war der Zustand der Handtücher. Das Handtuch, das wir erhalten haben, war gelblich verfärbt, fleckig, schmutzig und hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Wir hatten im Zimmer und im Badezimmer Schimmel gehabt. So etwas ist für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel.

Auch das Bett entsprach keineswegs den Erwartungen. Auf der eigentlich weißen Bettwäsche waren deutliche Staubspuren zu erkennen, und im Bett befanden sich verschiedene Haare. Das hat bei uns einen äußerst unhygienischen Eindruck hinterlassen und dazu geführt, dass wir uns überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt haben.

Meiner Meinung nach steht die Qualität dieses Hotels in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Ich bin sehr verärgert und zutiefst enttäuscht, dass wir für unser Geld ein Zimmer in einem derart schlechten Zustand erhalten haben. Ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel sollte keinesfalls so aussehen und solche hygienischen Mängel aufweisen.

Zusätzlich möchte ich erwähnen, dass auch das Personal leider keinen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren bei unserer Ankunft sehr unfreundlich und haben sich keinerlei Mühe gegeben, uns höflich oder zuvorkommend zu behandeln. Statt eines freundlichen Empfangs fühlten wir uns eher unerwünscht.
