Supertrevlig personal vid incheck som gav tips och råd om restauranger, sevärdheter mm.

Bra frukost.

Stort rum med gott om plats för bagage.

Fräscht badrum med badkar.

Cons:

Spaavdelningen var något föråldrad.

Frukostmatsalen var väldigt ljudlig. Mycket skrammel och stimmigt när många äter samtidigt. Ljuddämpande plattor och avdelningar mellan borden vore skönt.

Relaxing central Glasgow stay with a pool!
Pros:

Beautiful room with really nice and useful layout for traveling with a small child - I loved the little kitchenette. Comfy beds, great Wifi, 2 TVs, good breakfast buffet on offer, pool was fun to try out. Location is within 5-10 minute walking distance of main streets in the center of Glasgow. Would probably stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet (while excellent) is expensive, but there are very little similar breakfast options in the neighborhood, so probably worth it. Some items left behind by a previous guest were in two different places in the room upon our arrival, but we've already informed the front desk so hopefully it won't happen again. Odd wooden part was sticking out from the bathroom sink area needs to be reglued - it looks like a drawer but it's part of the hardware.

Pros:

Le foto sono sincere ed eloquenti: è un quattro stelle datato, il cui rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. Buona posizione. Personale gentile e molto gentile. La piscina è il motivo per cui l'ho scelto.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere un po' più pulito. Polvere qui e là. Cucchiaino appiccicoso. Pelo nella vasca.
Troppo cloro in piscina.

Good value for money where the room was well proportioned, with clean bathroom and robes.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean throughout, which is the first thing I tend to look at. The main foyer was laid out well and even though there were guests waiting to leave there was ample space for them with luggage without inconveniencing the rest of hotel guests.

Cons:

The furniture in the bedroom is dated but it worked and was clean throughout. I thought the breakfast was on the pricey side at £18.00

Always pleasant, friendly and good value. I rarely stay anywhere else in the city now
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable, would prefer option of shower rather than shower over bath but thats being rally picky!

Cons:

Fruit options at breakfast could be better; would love to see hash browns at breakfast, always seems to be tattie scones

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Staff were polite. Room was spotless and even with a city centre location you couldn't hear any traffic as the windows were great. Beds were comfortable and the cooked breakfast was amazing. We used the pool which was also great. Would definitely stay again
