Room was clean apart from stain on carpet also would of liked a window that opened
Good location, staff and price. And a fan for cooling supplied.

The beds and the breakfast were good.
At our arrival, we figured out that our reservation (Larger Double Studio Suite with Sofa Bed) from Booking.com did not go through to the BW system and we had no room. After clarification the supportive concierge organized a smaller room for us and offered us free parking and a partial refund.
The hotel was also not very clean (carpet, bathroom). The room equipment (windows, bathroom furniture, carpet) is also older and needs a refurbishment.

Upper floors easy accessible by lift
Lobby had drinking water and air purifiers which I had not seen anywhere in scotland.
The reception was courteous

I booked with kids they gave me a big double bed.for my kids in the room.
Car Parking is too pricey. May be that is the scotland thing.
