I was there to attend a scientific congress, and the hotel location was close to the Scottish exhibition center and the nearby supermarkets by walking. Whenever I needed a taxi they have a ring-bell to call a taxi which arrived in no more than few minutes. Water for drinking was free in each floor. Milk and coffee were available on daily basis. Also, it was super clean with cleaning every day by the staff. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Hair dryer and clothes ironing machine and a table were available as well. inside the shower room, there have been soap, body wash, shampoo, and body moisturizer. It was fantastic.

Great location and the staff was all lovely.
The concierge was well kept, tidy and clean.
The swimming pool and spa area were in dire conditions. Mouldy silicone, unkempt sauna, cracked tiles, dirty floors. Yuck.
The rooms and bathrooms could use a big upgrade.
The staff were wonderful. Genuinely interested in us and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and staff in dining efficient and observant. Also a couple of issues with the room which were dealt with promptly. Spa was good with warm water in the pool. Need bigger towels though. Beds very comfy.
The rooms really need an upgrade as furnishings and fittings very old and battered.

Aamiainen oli kohtalaisen runsas, mutta, kovin brittiläinen :D Olisin kaivannut enemmän tuoreita kasviksia tai leivänpäällisiä.
Huoneessa oli ensimmäisen yön ajan todella kuuma ja vasta aamulla huomasin ilmastoinnin olevan kokonaan pois päältä.
The room and bathroom were fine, and the hotel overall is good. Loved the pool and sauna.
ts location right next to the motorway means views are rather unattractive and the road closures meant that we had to walk a long way to get to our bus for sightseeing.
