It was ok, staff nice but few things kinda ruined the stay
Pros:

Was central very friendly staff, check in was pleasant.

Cons:

It was very hot, air conditioning not working, plus only 2 small pillows in large bed for 2 wasn’t enough for me, also elevator being worked on which I can understand but was awoken by horrible sound of drill rite outside my room at 8.30 am!

Pros:

Hotel was lovely. Very central. We also got upgraded to a bigger room with no extra cost. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were lovely.

A great, cheap girly night away close to the Hydro!
Pros:

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, helping us with restaurant recommendations and taking our bags for the day on the day of checkout. We also loved that the hotel had pool and spa facilities - a nice unexpected addition to a city centre budget hotel.

Cons:

The fact there was no room service or in room fridge with bottled water.

Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom, clean, attentive staff, possibility for wellness

Cons:

Windows don’t open, housekeeping very likely re-folded and rearranged our used towels (which we’d hung up, so why touch them at all); they had a used smell then and as traveling friends, that was really weird because whose was whose

Amazing, loved Glasgow will definitely return.
Pros:

The hotel kindly upgraded my room it was amazing Iioynias was the best a greek male receptionist, he made my stay out of this world. Loved it would deffo go back.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub a little disappointing, looked nothing like the photos.

Lovely 2 days
Pros:

The pool, spa, sauna and steam room were a lovely addition, breakfast was filling and tasty. Free room upgrade lovely. Very short walk to train station
