Un’esperienza che definire pessima è riduttivo.

Nel cuore della notte siamo stati contattati telefonicamente da una donna che parlava la nostra lingua e che conosceva e pronunciava il nome del mio compagno, nonostante, per quanto ne sappiamo, nessuno del personale dell’hotel lo avesse mai né visto né sentito nominare.

La cosa ci ha spaventati enormemente. Ci siamo chiesti come fosse possibile che una persona che non avevamo mai incontrato conoscesse il suo nome. L’unica spiegazione che ci siamo dati è che qualcuno possa essere entrato nella nostra camera e aver visto il nome sulla valigia, oppure che il riferimento al suo nome fosse stato utilizzato proprio con l’intenzione di spaventarci. Non possiamo sapere quale delle due ipotesi sia quella corretta, ma il fatto rimane: ci siamo sentiti talmente a disagio e insicuri da essere costretti ad abbandonare l’hotel nel cuore della notte.

E quello che è successo dopo è, se possibile, ancora più deludente.

Abbiamo dovuto lasciare la struttura e abbiamo quindi perso una notte che avevamo regolarmente pagato e che non abbiamo usufruito. Ci saremmo aspettati almeno un minimo di comprensione, professionalità e attenzione da parte dell’hotel. Invece non hanno nemmeno avuto la correttezza di rimborsarci la notte non trascorsa lì.

Trovo assurdo che, dopo un episodio che ci ha spaventati al punto da costringerci ad andarcene durante la notte, la struttura non abbia trovato neanche il modo di venire incontro ai propri clienti.

Un hotel dovrebbe essere un luogo in cui ci si sente al sicuro e tutelati. Noi, invece, ci siamo ritrovati a scappare nel cuore della notte, senza capire come una sconosciuta potesse conoscere il nome del mio compagno, e alla fine abbiamo persino perso i soldi della notte che non abbiamo potuto trascorrere lì.

Esperienza angosciante, gestione del tutto insoddisfacente e totale mancanza di attenzione nei confronti del cliente.
