good selection of chilled juices like Apple, Orange, and a few more I might try next time...
The room key didn't exactly work flawlessly, but like all mini-adventures; a few "hiccups" along the way are usually to be
expected to make the overall travel experience complete... I try to take the good with the bad, to avoid getting mad.

The staff was extremely nice when I checked in
Unfortunately my breakers kept shorting out so most of my plugs wouldnt work, the breakfast was very awful. The coffee was burnt and the bagels tasted like they were stale and kept near cleaning supplies as they had a very perfumed flavor. The WiFi was terrible which I needed to accomplish some work ad that’s why I was there
Easy on and off the highway and an easy drive to and from Mohegan Sun.
The first room we were assigned to had a broken shower head. We discovered this right away and I called down to the front desk. They were able to switch us to a different room without any problems.

Beds were not queen they were full, pool was not heated, room was smaller than expected

Room had a full size bed versus a queen or king bed for 2 people. Room had no charm. For the price, it was overpriced.
Beds were very comfy. Surprisingly quiet considering its close to major roads.
Often skipped breakfast because the eating area is small and was busy leaving nowhere to sit

When I needed a luggage rack the front desk provided it quickly. Check in was fast and easy. The accommodations for the accessible bathroom were super. I thought the desk chair was quite comfortable. The room and hallways all smelled clean and smoke free--very desirable!
I prefer no carpeting, but on the plus side, the pile was low and the rug was clean.
