Clean, Convenient and a Good Location!
Pros:

When I needed a luggage rack the front desk provided it quickly. Check in was fast and easy. The accommodations for the accessible bathroom were super. I thought the desk chair was quite comfortable. The room and hallways all smelled clean and smoke free--very desirable!

Cons:

I prefer no carpeting, but on the plus side, the pile was low and the rug was clean.

We had to switch the first room smelled bad and toilet was clogged - Uncomfortable mattress it was so bad on the second night I was in pain and crying my husband was in pain as well

Pros:

We were so glad that this hotel has EV charging. That is rare in this part of CT. It makes it so much easier to be confident that our further travel will not include a frustrating search for an EV charging station that is close, available and functioning. In fact, while we were there they were installing a new charging station.
