Hardtime with cancelation.
Pros:

That i was able to cancel after being on the phone 3 times for 40 mins each time.

A fair stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, facilities are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

No swimming pool and the in-room jet tub is not big enough. Breakfasts are simple.

Pros:

Easy and fast check in and out. The location is good since it’s a just around to good restaurants and exit to the freeway.

Cons:

I booked for 2 queen beds but ended up staying in a 2 double beds. 1 of the beds still have strands of hair. Rooms are not soundproof. The breakfast included is okay if you’re not hungry. Don’t expect meat. There were only hard boiled eggs for a protein.

The staff was amazing, so we feel bad admitting it, but it was not a good experience.
Pros:

It was adequate, nothing out of the ordinary. We enjoyed it.

Cons:

The air conditioner/heater was mounted at shoulder height on the wall beside the bed. It was SO loud. Also, in the morning, we realized that the sheets had not been changed. We have pictures if you need to see them.
