Great customer service, terrible facilities.
Pros:

Ms. Gigi at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, she was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Cons:

There was a dirty towel still on the floor next to the bed, I’m assuming from the previous guest. My door was slightly unhinged from the door and therefore didn’t close all the way unless I grabbed and lifted the door while pushing it closed. My counter was being held together with duct tape. My sheets were stained, and the pillows still had hair on them from previous guests. The parking lot was small and badly lit, I feared for my safety.

It was clean.The room was very roomy

The woman in the front very rude, asking a lot of personal questions.When we told her the tub was peeling and cracked in both of our rooms.She said, that's just the way it is.They need to upgrade their washrooms. ASAP! One more thing one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes smoking.We also let them know.So we wouldn't be accused of smoking and she said they always smoke in the room.Nothing she could do about it,

Pros:

I never had the breakfast and the location was perfect.

Cons:

I checked in 06/19 and microwave did not work. I was told I would receive a working microwave the next morning. On 06/20 @ 10:07am I was told I would have a working microwave by 3pm I returned from my cousins funeral around 5pm the desk clerk JAMAL was very rude and nasty. Jamal showed no concern or empathy regarding a guests comfort or needs his reply to me was "What do you want me to do about it"! The microwave I received you had to slam the door to work. The first clerk that checked me in on 06/19 (Gigi) very nice, polite, and comforting. The second clerk 06/20 @ 10 am was also comforting...Jamal need to find a job to fit his needs he provided the worst customer service that did not help a situation that SHOULD have been resolved on 06/19
