Pros:

The breakfast was good start to the day and good variety. I liked the size of the room and there was a structure that allowed us to put things there. Location was a good walk to the Vatican but also the train was an option.

Très bel établissement, personnel accueillant, j’ai passé un agréable moment dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

J’ai aimé la propreté de l’établissement, l’accueil du personnel (serviable et poli) et sa localisation près du Vatican

Pros:

The lobby and breakfast

Cons:

The beds were rock solid. We had to ask if they could do something about it. They then put a topper on our bed. Why didn’t they just always have it there. The first night the ac didn’t work. So hot in the building. No compensation. And then the second day the front staff would only turn our room to 25 degrees. Not comfortable at all. We had no control in our room of the temperature. It was like they were trying to save money.
