Great location, fun hotel with gracious and helpful staff
Pros:

Great staff, very helpful. Allowed us to store our bags while we were exploring the city. Breakfast was perfect!

Charmantes Hotel in guter Lage mit einigen Mängeln

Cons:

Der Zustand der Technik im Haus lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Der Fahrstuhl war am Wochenende mal wieder außer Betrieb, was bei einem Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk und mit sehr schweren Koffern echt zur Herausforderung wurde. Auch ist die Elektroinstallation im Zimmer teilweise sehr abenteuerlich.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at L Hotel. Spacious rooms, great art collection. Not stuffy!

Pros:

Beautiful property and great location. The staff were fantastic .The only thing that I can fault it on was the elevator kept breaking down .We were on the 3rd floor and could easily do the steps . If you have difficulty doing steps maybe not the place for you.

We had a lovely time in Montreal in great part thanks to LHotel.
Pros:

Staff and location were the best, but the facilities were also great. The hotel is an art gallery full of amazing art pieces, but what we liked the most were the very kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing. No complaints, really.

Great location, comfy stay.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and helpful. Great location near Victoria Square metro station. Close to all old Montreal things and walkable to downtown. Spacious room, clean, very comfy bed.

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago with my teen daughters and left the same feedback. Great rooms but really need a second mirror outside of the bathroom, and a spot in bathroom to put your stuff while getting showered and ready. A little shelf would do.
