Pros:

Staff very friendly. Good location. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Limited choices. Eggs were hard & cold. Some yogurt & granola would have been nice.

Horrible they scammed me! Should have listened to my friend.
Cons:

They had mold in the shower and gave me a room that had no curtain in the shower. The shower was too tiny to fit in especially without curtain so I didn’t shower well. Also their toilet is like a baby potty. Too shot my knees hurt.
Their customer service lied and had a lot of hidden charges. They put $349 on my credit card on hold for just checking in 11 pm and checking out at 9:30 am. He lied it was $150.

Pros:

Location, right down town. Close to restaurants , shopping and medical appointments. Friendly staff, a decent free breakfast. (Scrambled eggs, etc)

Cons:

The second time we stayed there, our room didn’t have an air conditioner and it was an uncomfortable warm evening. Also, area of town is an older area and strolling around in the evening we felt relatively safe but there was sometimes some interesting characters on the street. The hotel is older , clean, but lots of spots were looking worn.

Amazing, a bit of history with a nights stay, i love the quaint old building.
Pros:

Was just what i needed a clean little place to stay for the night at a reasonable rate! breakfast was a variety of foods that would allow for a quick breakfast, as i had, or a more formal full sit down event.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy.
Staff tried to be welcoming given the deficiencies.

Cons:

Parking lot was too tight. Most stalls fit only a small car. The ones that accommodated larger vehicles were full, so we had to park on the street.
Being an old hotel (built in 1920's), the elevator is tiny and only fit the luggage rack with some wiggling around. We were on the 4th floor, and there are additional stairs to get to the room after exiting the elevator.
The toilets are old style low and not elongated.
There are many street people, day and night, all around the hotel.

Nice staff but hotel is poorly managed and maintained. Not a nice location.
Pros:

Friendly welcome at reception, and staff happy to help when room was not stocked correctly. . Good quality towels, bed comfortable. Fridge in room and kettle provided on request.

Cons:

The location is in a very run down area, the room badly stocked by housekeeping (only one towel and no toilet paper) , bathroom in very poor state of repair (the coating on the bath was cracked and peeling inside, the tiles on poor condition cracked, no plug for the bath, very outdated). Bird mess on window, people taking drugs outside and were there all night. (Not noisy, just stoned)- no main meals available in the bar because it was a new staff member apparently. The chap on reception was too busy and seemed to be managing the hotel single handedly!

Location was downtown,

Cons:

Hotel was dated and in need of a renovation. Breakfast was ok. Staff was polite and friendly. Lot's of homeless people hanging around outside the hotel. Expected more from a Wyndham group hotel.
