Pros:

The staff were lovely… it was clean with a great bed

Cons:

It was in quite a rough area and a lot of noise from the bar downstairs. I really didn’t like the paper cups in the bedroom or with breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t as nice as they make out. Pretty average break really.

Good place to stay in the heart of Kamloops downtown.
Pros:

The room was clean, easy to access, view of downtown Kamloops. The fridge worked well and they even supplied a Keurig coffee machine and pods. We loved the location. We could walk to several shops and restaurants, downtown mall, and an excellent park on the river bank. The room was pretty quiet for a downtown location so we slept well. the front desk staff were super friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was sufficient but pretty plain. Eggs, Sausage, juice, coffee, bread. The food was self serve in warming trays but I don't think the trays had any source of heat as the servings were not hot.

The hotel sold our room to someone else despite a confirmed booking. We were forced to look for another hotel at 11 PM

Noisy (walls are very thin and was kept awake for a good portion of the night by noise in adjoining rooms) and hotel is dated. Breakfast is limited.
