Alles,außer die Einschränkung unten.
Lage natürlich nur dann sehr gut,wenn man an den Flughafen will, nicht in die Stadt.

Cons:

Unser Bett lag an einer Wand, an der man den Aufzug und Schritte im Treppenhaus hörte. Das war etwas störend,v.a. frühmorgens.

Veel en veel te duur. Ronduit schandalig.
Pros:

De ligging is ideaal. We moesten aan de Heyzel zijn voor het ingangsexamen Geneeskunde

Cons:

Ik betaalde meer dan 1000euro voor een simpele kamer voor 1 nacht en moest nog 18 euro bijbetalen voor de parking.

Overall good stay and would go again if visiting Brussels
Pros:

Good rooms, good location, almost everything u can arrange through the hotel website. From room service to extra pillow. Beds are decent and good sound proofing.

Cons:

Minor complaint: There is no first aid kit in the room. I went down to reception and they could only give me a bandage. Next day during checkout we mentioned it. This employee gave us antiseptic wipes, betadine and bandages. So not all employees are informed about first aid kit behind the reception counter.

A modern hotel in a quiet and cozy area
Pros:

We had a great stay! The area was very quiet and cozy which we really loved. The train station diegem right in front of the hotel made it super easy to get to the central station in about 12 minutes.

The room was beautiful, modern, and very clean. We are extremely happy with our stay, especially the peaceful location.

Cons:

Difficult to get a the right person for a shuttle to the airport. Telephone system of NH hotels was not easy to use. In the end it worked out, but took too much time.

One of the best in Brussels
Pros:

The Air conditioning works (in many hotels in Brussels they don't work, so this was very important).
We felt unsafe in the room due to a broken locker, poor cleaning in the bedroom, excellent food in the ar and restaurant.
