Nao gostei do sistema de tranpsorte, pois o voo chegou de Lisboa ja meia noite, e quem chega pela primeira vez no aeroporto de Lisboa, fica sem supporte, creio que a integracao entre o hospede e o transporte, precisa melhorar, principalmente quem chega nos voos tarde da noite .

Pros:

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel en juin et nous avions été totalement séduits... a un tel point que pour ce voyage de septembre nous n'avons pas hésité une seconde et nous avons directement réservé au NH.
Ce qui reste impeccable :
- Les chambres sont toujours aussi confortables, spacieuses et bien pensées.
- La brasserie est toujours aussi délicieuse avec une personnel accueillant et souriant.

Cons:

- Tout d'abord, un mini détail (mais qui nous avait séduit) : c'était le petit présentoir d'accueil avec des friandises qui existait en juin et qui était inexistant ici (pas bien grave mais grosse déception pour notre fils de 10 ans)
- Idem pour la petite corbeille de croissants et pains au chocolats que nous avions tellement appréciée lors de notre départ pour l'aéroport à 4h du matin il y a quelques mois... ici il n'y était plus.

Mais ce n'est pas très grave... ce qui nous a vraiment déplu c'est le manque de professionnalisme par rapport au Park & Fly (que nous n'avions pas utilisé en juin).
- Déjà on nous dit qu'il commence à 4h du matin et qu'on ne peut pas l'utiliser car nous partions un quart d'heure plus tôt. Heureusement une seconde réceptionniste plus dégourdie (et très sympathique) nous annonce quelques minutes plus tard que nous avons droit à un taxi payé par l'hôtel. Nous prenons donc cette option. On nous préviens qu'au retour, si nous rentrons en dehors des heures de navettes, nous pouvons téléphoner à l'hôtel et qu'un taxi viendra nous chercher. Nous sommes séduits et pensons même prendre cette option lors de tous nos prochains voyages... MAIS...
- Au retour, pas de navettes (il était très tard), nous tentons donc de téléphoner à l'hôtel... impossible à joindre ! On tombe sur une centrale (uniquement en anglais et néerlandais... toujours "sympa" en Belgique) qui nous fait tourner en rond pour ne jamais nous passer l'hôtel. On fini par trouver un taxi qui nous avoue que ça arrive souvent avec cet hôtel et que rien que sur cette journée, nous sommes les 3ème clients à avoir le cas ! Heureusement la réception à quand même payé la course (nous ne leurs avons pas trop laissé le choix).

Finalement lors notre prochains voyage nous comparerons un peu plus les services avant de réserver les yeux fermés.

More than Our Expectation

This hotel surprised us positively. It is more than "normal airport hotel". The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel restaurant offered good meals. The staff are friendly and helpful.

非常に良かった
Pros:

夜遅い時間でもホテルへのシャトルバスがあり、空港から近いのでしっかりと休める。部屋が高級ホテルのように綺麗なのに他のホテルより安い。駅が近く中心部へも行きますい。スタッフがとても親切でいろいろと教えてくれた。

シャワールームの扉がないので気をつけないとトイレの方まで浸水してしまう

Modern, clean facility with excellent dining option.
Pros:

Very modern. Late dining options were very helpful. Big shower.

Cons:

Confusion with the shuttle. The signage at the airport said that the shuttle was not running. When I called the hotel they said it would arrive at a certain time but it actually arrived 45 minutes later…
