Nice and clean, close to the airport with a free shuttle that runs on schedule. We left before breakfast started and they packed a to-go box do we didn't miss out.
Olga at the front desk was super nice so early in the morning.

It was fairly pricey for a one-night airport stay. Still, given the proximity to the airport, and the easy access to helpful amenities, it was what I expected.
Location, bed, space, facilities.
Wifi was awful, bad coverage and bad speed. Limited to 10mbps. Not enough for browsing, not enough for online meetings, presentations, etc. Ethernet ports on rooms don't work.
Showers also don't have great streams/pressure.
Very spacious and well equipped room, nice breakfast and shuttle service to the airport.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at NH Hotel Brussels Airport.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful—even lending me the famous European adapter when I needed one! It’s the little things that make a big difference.
My room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully presented, and perfect for relaxing after long study days. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of fresh and healthy options every morning.
What truly made my stay unforgettable was the kindness the team showed me on the day of my Cisco CCIE lab exam, which also happened to be my birthday. When I returned from Cisco, I found a beautiful handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday and good luck for my exam, along with a bowl full of fresh fruit waiting in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to me during such an important day.
The free airport shuttle was also very convenient and made traveling stress-free.
I would highly recommend NH Hotel Brussels Airport to anyone traveling to Brussels, especially those sitting their Cisco lab exams. The hotel is comfortable, conveniently located, and the staff genuinely care about making your stay special.
