Although the room had all the "smart" gadgets, it did not include a simple thing: a hook in the bathroom for my dressing gown. Also, we had problems with the air conditioner, which didn't stay at the temperature we set. The evening receptionist, though, responded almost immediately with a portable air conditioner.

Loved the hotel however l do think that they should have tea making facilities in the room as not everyone likes coffee. I do think that for the price you should have bottled water each day not just the first one. Proper cups not paper cups. More hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Then it would be perfect.
I recently stayed at the Eccleston Square Hotel for work, and it was a great choice. It’s within easy walking distance of Victoria Station and is located in a lovely, quiet area overlooking a small park. The staff were all very helpful, and my room was comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for a good night’s sleep.
The only thing I’d mention is that it’s not really set up for working in your room, as there’s no proper desk or workspace. However, if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable to stay rather than somewhere to work from, I’d happily recommend it.
This is a perfect location in London. Very close to all attractions, but it's quiet and has a nice neighborhood.
While the room had a lot of modern features, it lacked in size. We could hardly find a place for our suitcases. The bathroom is well-equipped but also tiny.

Lovely, clean hotel with a personal feel. I did have to move rooms due to the electronic bed not working in my original room; however, the hotel staff offered to help me move my bags and left me with both room keys, so I did not feel under any time pressure. My new room was also an upgrade.
I did not have breakfast, but everything else was excellent, and the staff were friendly to just the right degree.
