Great hotel everything i needed.helpful staff.easy walk to Victoria Station rail and bus . Nice area quiet and easy to find

Lovely, clean hotel with a personal feel. I did have to move rooms due to the electronic bed not working in my original room; however, the hotel staff offered to help me move my bags and left me with both room keys, so I did not feel under any time pressure. My new room was also an upgrade.

I did not have breakfast, but everything else was excellent, and the staff were friendly to just the right degree.

The location is excellent

Super flat for two in a great location across from and accessible to a top-rated private park, mere blocks from Victoria Station train and bus terminals, yet within a quiet and upscale neighborhood.

Great location relatively quiet easy access to transport helpful and friendly staff lovely room. Ideal base for travelling . Victoria station walkable for both train and buses.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms are decorated tastefully and it is set in a great area.

the light in the bathroom was very dull, I had a hard time applying makeup and there wasn't an outlet for the hair dryer!. I didnt have a wash clot, no instructions for the shower.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, elegant, and incredibly well maintained. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding, high-quality amenities, and an amazing view. Every detail, from the lighting to the decor, created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service throughout the property. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. It’s rare to find a place where customer satisfaction is clearly such a top priority. Housekeeping did an outstanding job each day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff remembered me from a previous stay.

The location was also perfect — convenient to nearby Victoria Station with its attractions, restaurants, and shopping while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The hotel amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area was relaxing, the fitness center was well equipped, and the dining experience was excellent. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the overall experience. It’s not just a place to sleep — it’s a place where you genuinely feel cared for and valued as a guest. Everything was handled with professionalism and genuine kindness, which made my trip even more memorable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, outstanding service, and a stress-free stay.

I travel very often to London for relaxation or work, I find this hotel the right combination for everything, I will be happy to return.

It was a very nice hotel everyone we dealt with was extremely nice.
And one thing I would suggest is asking the customer if they’re familiar with Technology.
I think someone should explain how to use it in the room. I couldn’t find the tutorial on the TV.

The Eccleston Hotel met all my expectations for the 1 night stay. For my birthday the staff upgraded my room and left a small gift in the room, this was a sweet touch. The room and facilities were also great. I'd stay again in the future.
