Great location relatively quiet easy access to transport helpful and friendly staff lovely room. Ideal base for travelling . Victoria station walkable for both train and buses.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms are decorated tastefully and it is set in a great area.

the light in the bathroom was very dull, I had a hard time applying makeup and there wasn't an outlet for the hair dryer!. I didnt have a wash clot, no instructions for the shower.

My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding, high-quality amenities, and an amazing view. Every detail, from the lighting to the decor, created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service throughout the property. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. It’s rare to find a place where customer satisfaction is clearly such a top priority. Housekeeping did an outstanding job each day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff remembered me from a previous stay.

The location was also perfect — convenient to nearby Victoria Station with its attractions, restaurants, and shopping while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The hotel amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area was relaxing, the fitness center was well equipped, and the dining experience was excellent. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the overall experience. It’s not just a place to sleep — it’s a place where you genuinely feel cared for and valued as a guest. Everything was handled with professionalism and genuine kindness, which made my trip even more memorable.

I travel very often to London for relaxation or work, I find this hotel the right combination for everything, I will be happy to return.

It was a very nice hotel everyone we dealt with was extremely nice.
And one thing I would suggest is asking the customer if they’re familiar with Technology.
I think someone should explain how to use it in the room. I couldn’t find the tutorial on the TV.

The Eccleston Hotel met all my expectations for the 1 night stay. For my birthday the staff upgraded my room and left a small gift in the room, this was a sweet touch. The room and facilities were also great. I'd stay again in the future.

Our 1 night stay at the Eccleston Hotel was exceptional. The staff arranged a free room upgrade with extra touches; birthday card and small gift on arrival. The attention to detail was great. Easy location and close to all amenities. I would highly recommend the Eccleston Hotel and would stay again.

we stay at Eccleston all the time when we go to London. It is a great hotel with lovely, technology smart rooms in Pimlico, just near Victoria station (convenient for the underground) and you can walk to all the main sites. Great little restaurants in the neighborhood. The new management under Desiree has shown improvements with the continental breakfast offerings. She always greets you with a smiling face! Lovely hotel in a lovey location.
