The Pan Pacific Hanoi truly impressed me during my business trip. The location is excellent, and the view over West Lake is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast selection and dinner were outstanding — both were a real culinary delight.
The service was exceptional in every area: at the reception, in the restaurant, through room service, and in the spa area. The entire team was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional.
In my opinion, this hotel is highly recommended for business travelers. A well-deserved 5-star rating!

For the price point, totally understand that it’s pan pacific, the rooms were slightly dated and you can see signs of wear and tear.

Location is good and breakfast is also great
Services are not up to expectation; only 600 ml of drinking water was provided, and no extra bottle was provided, and I was told to go and buy from outside.

We are group of 40 - 20 so called Deluxe rooms, but horrible condition, the Hotel staff is not friendly, you do your own luggage, even for seniors, also rooms are all run down, they worked out in lobby but rooms are very old and need serious renovations, this is not PAN PACIFIC, it is complete downgrade.
This is NOT a four star hotel. The rooms are extremely dated and dirty. Tracks in carpeting outside rooms, leaking sink, grease and dirt on door handles and plates, dust and grime on lighting. Room was supposedly non smoking but it smelled terrible.
We stayed here with a 5 star tripadeal group. The hotel exceeded our expectations. From the room to the breakfast it was great and the staff were exceptional. A special shout out to Quan who sold us and kindly activated our new sim cards and assisted us with our bags.

Wow! We almost felt this was to fancy for us, the service from every staff member was exceptional, a smile from every single one!
We booked a suite which meant we had access to the pan pacific club for check in, check out, cocktail hour, breakfast and the list goes on!
Special mention to Mia, your service and grace was outstanding, please email me if you ever come to Melbourne for a reference or just a guide! Mia was so fantastic, the entire experience was.
When you make people feel good they never forget and that is what outstanding service is, Mia is a credit to this team.
