Best Best Western I’ve ever stayed at.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff in all departments. Great restaurant! Walkable to Old Town. Close to museums and river walks.

Cons:

If the hot tub had been hot….not just warm…I would have used it!

Good value and Great Location for walking
Pros:

Location proximity to Old Town. Pool and hot tub and laundry available. Friendly staff and quick responses to any issues.

Cons:

3rd person wasn’t added to reservation as requested and she couldn’t access room until we came back to resolve the issue in person. Security is great, but desk associate could have called me to clear it up.

Halls constantly smelled like someone blew up the bathroom. I think that was the case though. Older clients who couldn’t handle the local chilies..

Arranged via Road Scholar and found it to be clean, the staff was always helpful.
Pros:

I liked your breakfast service with nice options. Staff was professional and still friendly. Going to the pool was a nice plus.

Cons:

I arrived to take part in a Road Scholar trip; got a discount for a day prior to the trip but not for the the day I added at the end of the trip. Thought the discount would apply to both days.

Another pleasant stay
Pros:

I've stayed here many times. There were no surprises and the property is well-managed.It is an older property but it has a lot of character which is why I keep coming back.

This hotel had airport shuttle. We were able to use it to get to the hotel but our flights left too early to get a ride to the airport at the end of our stay.
