The Hotel will not rent a room to an individual who resides within the Albuquerque Metro area and a thirty-five (35) mile radius beyond Albuquerque.

The Hotel will check identification documents of guests and confirm the guests’ residence addresses for the uniform application of the policy.

Pros:

Propane leak and fire department blocked my car from entering secure parking. Attendant did not help steward

Terrible service!! No hot water! No coffee!
Pros:

Customer service is lacking. When things go wrong, those in charge should handle them better. No hot water, no breakfast and no coffee. They just shrug their shoulders and acted like it was my problem, not theirs.

Great Stay for you and your pet!
Pros:

The location was great, easy off and on the interstate and very accommodating for our dog. There was a outlet dog potty areas with doggie bags and trash bins for easy disposal. Also loved and appreciated the fact that the entire parking area was fenced off. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was very good.
I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend 👌

If I had not been so tired from drive and if it was still light I would not have stayed there.

Southwest themed hotel with attached restaurant, excellent service.
Pros:

We’ve stayed here before, so it was my first choice in booking a last minute room Wednesday night, but they were out of Kings… so we booked at the Drury Inn.
The Drury turned into a fiasco, so at 9:00 at night we moved over to the Best Western Rio Grande… it was perfect!
First, the friendliness of the front desk.
Secondly, it was late. I was hungry, and I was very grateful to be able to sit down and have a real meal right there at the hotel. Excellent homemade tamales!!!
Parking around back within an enclosed fence was ample and secure.
The room is tastefully decorated, but more importantly… clean and comfortable!!!
Breakfast is not your average instant eggs and frozen potatoes… no! It’s a sit down fried eggs and bacon kind of breakfast!
Bonus… they even had Gluten Free Toast for those of us that are forced to eat gluten free!!!
And the waitstaff, both dinner and breakfast, were super!
Admittedly, I was in a very bad mood when I walked in, but I was well fed and well rested when I left.
