We did get a free upgrade to a renovated room. Which was very nice

Cons:

The room was very nice, but so user friendly with having other family come over for dinner or games. We are used to the other room with the larger dining table, chairs and bench. Also having 2 couches that pull out to beds, if necessary, instead of just the one and the 2 chairs

Pros:

The staff were all amazing. Would like to specifically mention Paul at the front desk, however, everyone we interacted with was exceptional. Always courteous and helpful with a cheerful demeanor. There are so many amenities on-site making a stay here very relaxing.

It all comes down to service, convenience, bed, and being comfortable, Susan Todd accomplished that!!
Pros:

The property is fantastic !!
My room was fantastic!!
However it was a 1 mile walk to the room. And parking was the same. Other than that it was a 10/10. The service/ and especially the gen mgr SUSAN TODD was up and over the top. We were checking out and she was nice enough to make sure our stay was excellent!!! Please commend her on her service

Cons:

Patio/ bed/ sheets/ kitchen/ full size appliances/ they even brought us a chess game to use one afternoon!! There’s a shuttle to town / the indoor pool/ spa/ sauna was a 10/10 !!!

Pros:

Have stayed here many times. Beautiful property and location. Large rooms. Great views. Fun pools and activities for the kids. Our favorite place just - few minutes from Park City Downtown.

Cons:

Had issues with our last check-in. Wrong room and confrontational front desk staff. Usually don’t have a problem. Eventually got resolved.
