Excellent airport shuttle service
Pros:

We had a very positive experience during our stay at the hotel, but I specifically wanted to highlight the airport shuttle service. The shuttle was waiting for us when we came downstairs and departed right on time. On our return trip, we only waited a few minutes at the airport before being picked up.

Amos was driving a full shuttle, yet he remained patient, organized, and professional throughout the trip. By the time we stepped off the shuttle, he already had our luggage unloaded and ready to go. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

We had a great experience and will definitely park here again. The convenience and excellent service made all the difference!

Perfect and quiet hotel next to the Louis Armstrong Airport
Pros:

We stayed here because we had an early flight. we regretted not to be able to stay a bit longer at this hotel as it is really comfortable and quiet. We did appreciate the free shuttle tot the nearby airport which only take a bout 10 minutes.

Angry about hotel staff and parking fees

Room was nice, bed was comfortable . Restaurant was good.

Cons:

Hotel was deceptive on parking fees, never told us we were being charged to park the night we stayed at hotel and the horrible taxes people are charged to park on the property. And hiltons web site for the hotel says 7.58 a night for parking and the hotel denies that is true. I will be talking to the hotel when we arrive home to show them the proof and I hope they will honor it. I'm so angry that your hotel has done this to us and others that stay at hilton. We are even hilton members. It's strange even the hotel charged us 14.20 to park at hotel the night we stayed there but then turn around and charge is 18.00 plus tax a night doesn't make sense just shows me the greed and lying the staff tells the clients. We will never stay at a hilton hotel again and we will let everyone know about what happened to us. Shame on hilton hotels.

The staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. I would definitely come back.
Pros:

One of the best in the area. So close to the airport.

Cons:

Don't want to say that I see some bed bugs. My wife and my kids found some of it. It would be great to sanitizer a little better.
