Pros:

We had the most lovely stay this weekend. The staff was kind, helpful, and charming. I had a snafu when booking and they worked with me and made everything right. We loved our room and will 100 percent choose Beacon again .Great and safe neighborhood and Sunday Bazar was the coolest! My teens had a great time !

Great location, wonderful staff, shabby and disappointing accommodation for the exorbitant price.
Pros:

Location, location, location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The kitchenette tho small is useful for having breakfast in the room.

Cons:

Shabby room and depressing green color. Putrid green/gray carpet. Most of the charging sockets did not work. Overall this property is badly in need of a makeover. Small bathroom with extremely limited amenities. Price for room was way too much for the actual quality.

Location was great. Staff also really nice and helpful.

Cons:

Beds, particularly sofa bed very uncomfortable
No hot water of morning of departure so had cold showers, not great having paid c€600/night
The smell in the corridors was quite bad

Location with very close access to the subway; configuration of room was great for 3 people; comfort, staff friendliness. Great addition of fridge, tableware.
