I was unable to stay overnight. It was so bad.

I never stayed overnight. The place was dirty. The rug in the hall was filthy. There were holes in the wall, it was completely unacceptable.

Boa estadia no Upper West!
Pros:

A equipe é fantástica. Sempre disponível, simpática, prestativa e educada. O hotel é bem cuidado (apesar de antigo), limpo e super bem localizado (longe do alvoroço de Midtown). Ficamos (família de 4 - 2 adultos e 2 crianças) num quarto amplo com cozinha e atendeu bem as nossas necessidades.

Cons:

O banheiro já está bem desgastado e precisa ser renovado e a cozinha já pede equipamentos mais modernos. Uma máquina de lavar faria muita diferença, considerando o perfil do quarto oferecido (com cozinha etc).
