Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable family stay, though the hotel could benefit from some updates.
Pros:

Excellent location on the Upper West Side, close to Central Park, subway stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet for New York City. We also appreciated having a full kitchenette with all the basic kitchen supplies, which was very convenient for a family with children.

Cons:

The hotel feels dated and could benefit from some modernization. While everything was functional and clean, the rooms have a more classic style rather than a modern hotel feel. Storage space for luggage was limited, and there was no full-length mirror or dedicated vanity area, which would have been helpful. Some furnishings and fixtures could use updating.

Nice peaceful upper west side vibe.
Pros:

Location was close to subway, peaceful area, more local vibe feel. More spacious than most nyc rooms and had an awesome street view. Lots of doormen and staff working at all hours.

Cons:

The price was a bit high for just a room not really any amenities like breakfast, coffee in lobby, pool. And be careful the lip getting into bathroom can be annoying.

Cons:

Salle de bain vieillissante, lavabo et douche. Moquette, cette année nos prises pour tel ne fonctionnaient pas. ( on nous a ajouté une rallonge).
Cette année aussi, chambre sans vue contrairement aux autres années.

Great hotel to explore New York from
Pros:

Great location with easy access to central Park and the metro.Large comfortable bed and good skyline views.Kitchenette great with teabags supplied daily.Comfortable bath and plenty of hotwater.

Cons:

Our toilet kept getting blocked.One of our lamps wasn't working and although we reported it it didnt get fixed.
