If you have kids do not go here and if you have to cancel a reservation, make sure that they give you your refund

Well, at first I like that the Front Desk was attentive and showed me the room and at that point I decided that I would just use the room to shower and me and my kids would leave. I just didn’t think it was a safe place. I was told by the Front Desk that my reservation was canceled and that I would only be charged for that night. They gave me my security deposit back after checking the room I was pleased with this until I found out that they actually charge me for the full three days and have not returned any of my messages from me or Booking.com

Cons:

I didn’t like being lied to about my reservation and rate I actually run to Lucky Star Casino hotels and this is absolutely unacceptable

Very disappointing stay — would not return
Unfortunately, our stay at the Country Inn & Suites was extremely disappointing. We were exhausted and traveling for a difficult family situation, so having a comfortable and clean place to stay was especially important.
Our room was missing towels and a pillow, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was cold. There was no hot water, so we couldn't even take a proper shower.
The jacuzzi was also dirty and unusable, and there were noticeable stains on the carpet. On top of all that, the deadbolt on the door was not functioning properly, which made us uncomfortable from a safety standpoint.
We weren't expecting luxury, but we did expect the basic necessities—cleanliness, hot water, working locks, and the items that should have been provided in the room.

While the booking process was easy and seamless, I was quite let down by the actual accommodations. The room smelled bad

Booking the room was very easy, but unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing.

Cons:

The room had an unpleasant odor and was way too dark due to a lack of central lighting. The towel was dirty, the comforter was unpresentable, and the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. Additionally, there were a lot of homeless people hanging around the immediate area.
