Pros:

The place was clean and quiet, the location was great, and the breakfast was good.The barman spoke very good English and was very nice and gentlemanly.

Cons:

At check-in, I asked for an iron. Instead of bringing it to my room, the receptionist just handed me the iron and ironing board on the spot and expected me to carry them myself — along with my own luggage and suitcase. I didn't mind carrying it, but my hands were already full, and it didn't feel like professional service. Staff should have delivered it to the room themselves.

Sauberes Hotel, aber unbequeme Betten
Pros:

Direkt beim Hotel fährt eine Strassenbahn, das Bad ist mit einem leistungsstarken Föhn ausgestattet und das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind so gut isoliert, dass man totale Stille hat.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr hart und das Frühstück ist überteuert. 20 Euro pro Person für schlechten Kaffee und ein kleines Buffet ist zu viel verlangt. Die harten Matrazen haben uns den Schlaf geraubt.

Great modern, comfortable property just outside city center
Pros:

This property was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was responsive , honored requested and was very polite. They also all spoke English as well as German.

Good quality hotel close to the airport
Pros:

Good quality hotel with good services and nice breakfast choice and quality.
In a convenient position close to the airport, but rather far from downtown.

Cons:

Two typical drawbacks that I tend not to accept from hotels which charge more than 100€ per night:
1. When you remove the key card from its host port on the wall, the electricity service goes off not only on lamps but also on wall plugs, stopping any device from charging
2. No chance to get an espresso or cappuccino at breakfast to be made by a bar tender, you are forced to use the coffee machines, where your coffee includes drops of the tea someone else made before you.

Cons:

The girl on the reception was very rude, didn’t try to answer and assist properly. Price on the booking was different with the charge at the hotel. Tried to ask why she said just don’t know and nothing else. If it wasn’t late night check in I will not suggest. No teapot, coffee, tea in room. Price was cosmic
