banheiro box agua sai para fora e vira uma lagoa .
Gostei da localização, do cafe da manhã ,condizente com as tres estrelas , estacionamento amplo, area da piscina ampla tambem. Quarto grande ,porem faltando alguns detalhes simples que fazem diferença ao hospede.
Quarto, não tinha um telefone de acesso a portaria para serviços, porta do banheiro velha e emperrada, sem privacidade aos usuarios, agua quente a noite desligada, tendo que acionar a portaria( sem telefone) . Pontualidades simples que possam ser melhoradas com certeza.
Gostei da estrutura do hotel, quartos bons e bem limpos, café da manhã bom.
Não gostei da frieza dos atendentes, falta cordialidade e calor humano.

Funcionários do check-in fracos, não há também ninquem para ajudar com as malas, instalações antigas precisando de reforma, mas pelo valor a hospedagem é razoável. Bom custo benefício...
Os colchões continuam confortáveis e a limpeza muito boa. A recepção com atendente excelente!
Piscina desativada. Nem o chuveiro (ducha) funcionava. Ar condicionado do quarto precisa de manutenção, vazão do ralo do chuveiro idem.
