City and visits were enjoyable and hotel provided a relaxing stay.
Pros:

Reserved parking is good. Breakfast very good. The location is perfect for exploring the town and visiting attractions in the region. Rooms are comfortable and have most of the necessary facilities.

Cons:

In the hot weather on this years visit, air conditioning would have been an advantage, but the hotel was kept at reasonable temperature most of the time.

Prachtig hotel, aanrader.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, heel sfeervol. Goede bedden. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Het was best warm op de kamer.
Het restaurant was gesloten.

Pros:

De plek is geweldig!! Prima personeel.
De trap naar 2de verdieping voor mij lastig. Vooral door vaste voerbedekking, glad. Die oude vloerbedekking ligt overal ( met hond) niet zo hygiënisch. Vraag naar kamer op 1ste verdieping ( met lift). Zelfde prijs. Veilige betaalde parkeerplaats.

Pros:

What a lovely find. Centre of Arras, next to shops and restaurants so the location was excellent. The hotel is dated, or my room was but it was clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helped with translation. I booked safe parking for my motorbike on the terrace. All in all, great value.

Cons:

The handrail in the bathroom was rusty, room was dated but didn't detract from the experience.

Great location and could charge my car overnight. Would definitely return if in that area again.
Pros:

The location was perfect in a wonderful old setting. A short walk from all the restaurants, bars and shops. Close to culture etc. A perfect stopping point to enjoy a lovely town.

l'impossibilité de joindre booking autrement que par l'intermediaire de formulaires , sensés répondre au probleme rencontré , a fort bien été , et avec tact , resolue par un dialogue constructif avec le personnel
