Adequate at best
Pros:

Very poor ... quality non existent.. left most of it.choice very basic.

Cons:

It is an old hotel in need of much work. 4 stars a nonsense, more like 2. Expensive for what you get.

Interesting decor a bit dated.
Pros:

The room we were given was up in the loft area two floors up and lift only went to 1st floor at 78 years old i would have expected a room at a lower level especially having to carry our bags up the stairs and along several corridors

Mooi maar iets vervallen gebouw. Goede locatie. Kamers comfortabel en schoon. Vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers

Cons:

Het ontbijt was gewoon slecht. Wij waren om 08.30 in de zaal en alle geboden gerechten waren niet meer aanwezig. Echt slecht. Na klachten ontbijt niet betaald en parking werd gratis aangeboden. Kamer (Junior Suite) kaal en oud gemeubileerd

L'emplacement et le confort de la chambre. La grande salle de bain

Cons:

Le petit dejeuné j'aurais apprecié des oeufs brouillés, fait minute et un service à table.
Un plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre .

Cons:

Absolutely not as the photos present, certainly not our room. The hotel took shabby French chic to another level.
Thread bar carpets, worn furnishings, service doors on corridors open allowing awful smell coming from below. Paper cups in room, no drink facilities in the room, but an awful communal coffee machine in the reception area.
You get what you pay for but even at the price we paid they could do considerably better. Due to its location, 1hr 20min from the shuttle I believe it survives as a first night or last night stop for Brit tourists. Even so we will not stay here again.

Goed voor een verblijf in Arras
Pros:

Mooi authentiek hotel in het centrum van de stad. Vriendelijk personeel.
Ruime kamer met fijne bedden en goede faciliteiten.
Parkeerplaats op binnenplaats bij hotel

Cons:

Ontbijt in orde, maar niet heel uitgebreid. Om op de tweede etage te komen moet er een trap op gelopen worden, niet fijn met zware koffers.

A lovely location near the town.
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable and the staff were great.
Lovely to have secure parking.

Quirky hotel with lots of charm
Pros:

The hotel is quirky and a little shabby but this adds to charm. It was however very clean. Lovely bar area and we enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant.
Didn’t have breakfast as we felt it a little pricey for what was offered.
One downside was lack of staff. Took ages to get through to reception on arrival and had to look for someone to serve the bar.
That said would definitely recommend the hotel.

Pros:

The location is very central

Cons:

I had booked 3 rooms and could not get one of the hotel parking spots and the hotel provides very poor (read no real) guidance on where to park. Hotel needs a renovation - quite run down - an aging beauty queen. Smelled musty. Staff not overly helpful or friendly- the only place on our week vacation we experience this.
