El aire acondicionado en una parte de la habitación estaba muy frío y en la otra casi no se notaba el servicio del café gratis que tienes en estos hoteles estaba vacío no había nada más que te y café solo

El Bidé tenía el tampon estropeado y no se podía abrir, y la ducha la alcachofa la tenía estropeada también, pero nos lo arreglaron en cuanto informamos

La habitación estaba limpia, el desayuno es muy completo.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no se notaba y no se podía regular desde la habitación. En plena ola de calor (43 grados en la calle), la habitación era un horno...y si abrías la ventana era peor. Así que pasamos muy mala noche.

Buen trato por parte del personal. Habitación familiar amplísima. Cama y almohada muy cómodas,lo dice alguien que sufre en sus vacaciones por este tema. Aparcamiento disponible en las inmediaciones. En general, una muy buena opción para visitar Zaragoza. Repetiré.

Cons:

Quizás el aspecto negativo es la ubicación. Bastante alejado de las zonas importantes para una ciudad como Zaragoza,pero muy bien ubicado para llegar a él. Igualmente prefiero esta "mala" ubicación a estar en un hotel peor.
