Cheiro a esgoto, wc todo velho e duche tão antiquado que todas as torneiras vertem. Água espalha-se pelo chão. Pó por todo o lado. Nunca estive num hotel tão mau, para 4 estrelas .

Merci pour l'accueil à la réception, très apprécié. Chambre très moderne, propre, A 10-15 minutes des remparts de l'ancienne ville de Lucca, très pratique. Parking spacieux.

Pros:

Proche du centre historique (15/20mn à pied) et parking gratuit à disposition

Cons:

Petite fuite d’eau dans la cabine de douche (robinetterie et porte de douche) - rien de bien méchant mais heureusement que les tapis de sol étaient présents pour éponger les flaques 😅

Nächstes Mal in Lucca wieder im gleichen Hotel, vollumfänglich zufrieden.

Schnelles Check-in und sehr freundliche Beratung über mögliche Tagesaktivitäten.
Sie haben uns genau den Weg erklärt wo es einen Spiaggia libera gibt und wo es dafür Parkplätze gibt.
Informationen über Carrera-Tour erhalten.
Beratung erhalten wo wir eine Apotheke finden in der Nähe und den kürzesten Weg erklärt.
Ein gutes, sauberes Business Hotel mit Parkplatz und bequemen Betten und mit aussergewöhnlich motivierten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern an der Reception.
