Pros:

The breakfast was good but the staff we're all very very friendly! For those that like running, I recommend running towards the city walls and doing a few laps over them! Very nice place to run and go back!

Also: there are Lime bikes in front of the hotel a lot of the times. Nice way to travel back and forth!

Estancia agradable y cómoda.
Pros:

La habitación amplia, camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio.

Cons:

Al ser una habitación triple, nos dieron una en la planta baja para minusválidos. La ducha muy incómoda y quedaba el suelo del baño con agua en todo el baño. Lo comentamos en recepción si había una habitación sin ese inconveniente y nos comentaron que no. Pero nos dieron toallas para poner en el suelo y para que no nos resbalásemos y como disculpa nos ofrecieron coger lo que quisiéramos de la nevera sin coste.

Cons:

Colazione da migliorare per un quattro stelle: mancava la caffetteria e i dolci erano precotti.
La stanza presentava un bagno con rubinetteria vecchia e doccia con presenza di macchie nere (muffa?)
Illuminazione del bagno scarsa e mancanza di prese elettriche libere nella stanza

Schlecht sind ein Tag früher abgereist.
Cons:

Sehr laut in der Nacht , auf dem Parkplatz neben an Auto rennen, laute Musik . 2uhr in Container Flaschen entsorgt von McDonald’s.

Grandioser Abend zufällig
Pros:

Ich war zzfäklig da zum festivsl notte bianco in Lucca.obwohl ich todmüde war von ANREISEsbin ich zu Fuss in die Altstadt gelaufen .Lucca ist wunderschön.das Hotel ist sauber .Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Es war sehr praktisxh gelegen und der 29 August war ein bes Abend in Lucca.
