I had a very good experience at this hotel.
The staff were amazing and friendly ; a special thanks to Maria, who was so kind and always ready to help.

Cons:

The only small downside is the location, as you generally need to take a taxi to get to Lucca downtown. Other than that, everything was great, and I would happily stay here again.

Tolle Lage für Ausflüge! Sehr freundliches Personal!
Pros:

Frühstück für jeden etwas dabei! Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Zu wenig Steckdosen in der Nähe des Bettes!
Die Tür hatte einen großen Spalt, somit konnte man die anderen Gäste hören! Ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Hotel "Executive" di nome e di fatto. Ottimo per un soggiorno di lavoro, meno per turismo.
Pros:

Struttura relativamente nuova e accogliente. Staff cordiale, parcheggio scoperto ma apparentemente sicuro (motocicletta).

Cons:

La posizione è periferica, e per andare in centro città o si cammina una mezz'ora o si va in taxi, a Lucca non così abbondanti. Comunque, tutto sommato, è una sistemazione confortevole e comoda.
