Die Lage, das Frühstück und das freundliche Personal

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und leider alle unbequeme Betten. Alle Matratzen waren so durchgelegen das wir nicht gut schlafen konnten. Es gab nur ein schmalen Gang zum Laufen für uns vier

Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen. Sehr sauber, super freundliche Mitarbeiter, S-Bahn-Anschluss in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - Stadtmitte schnell erreichbar. Parkplätze. Frühstücksbuffet excellent. Zimmer sind hervorragend. Werden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Super Lage für einen Kurztrip nach Dortmund, grundsätzlich ruhige Lage mit eigenem, großen Parkplatz

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Flure leider sehr laut, wenig "Disziplin" der Hotelgäste und Zimmer nach vorne (Richtung Haupteingang) aufgrund Raucherbereich vor der Tür sehr lange, sehr laut.

Rezeption hat leider nicht wirklich reagiert und die Situation entschärft. Vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach nur Pech an diesem Wochenende 🤔
