الفندق جيد جداً بشكل عام وكانت تجربة الإقامة مرضية من حيث المستوى العام والخدمات إلا أن هناك بعض الملاحظات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين خصوصاً بالنظر إلى تصنيف الفندق كفندق 5 نجوم أبرزها
• عدم توفر موقف سيارات تابع للفندق داخل المبنى وهو ما يمثل نقطة ضعف واضحة للنزلاء وكان من الأفضل توفير موقف خاص أو خدمة صف السيارات.
• مساحة الغرف وتوزيعها الداخلي يحتاجان إلى مزيد من التوازن فرغم تقارب المساحة الإجمالية إلا أن توزيعها يختلف بشكل ملحوظ حيث جاءت إحدى الغرف أكثر ضيقاً بسبب تخصيص مساحة أكبر للحمام بينما بدت الأخرى أكثر اتساعاً من حيث الاستخدام الفعلي والحمام اصغر وكذلك لم تكن الغرفتين متقاربتين مع العلم باني أوضحت للفندق طلبي ولكن للأسف لم يتم مراعاة ذلك.
• الإفطار فهو من أبرز نقاط الضعف إذ إن التنوع والخيارات المتاحة محدودة نسبياً ولا تعكس المستوى المتوقع من فندق 5 نجوم.
• الخلاصة بشكل عام الفندق جيد جداً إلا أن تحسين مواقف السيارات وتوزيع مساحة الغرف وتنوع الإفطار سيعزز تجربة النزيل ويرفع مستوى الفندق بشكل واضح
• سأعيد التجرية للحجز مرة اخري اذا اخذ بالاعتبار النقاط التي تمت الإشارة اليها
Overall, the hotel is very good, and my stay was satisfactory in terms of the general standard and quality of service. However, there are several areas that I believe could be improved, particularly considering the hotel’s five-star classification.
• No on-site parking: The hotel does not have a dedicated car park within the building, which is a clear inconvenience for guests arriving by car. It would have been preferable to provide dedicated parking or a valet parking service.
• Room size and layout: The rooms would benefit from a more balanced use of space. Although the overall room sizes are relatively similar, the internal layout differs considerably. One of the rooms felt noticeably smaller because more space was allocated to the bathroom, while the other felt more spacious and had a smaller bathroom. In addition, the two rooms were not as similar in size and layout as expected. I had specifically communicated my room requirements to the hotel in advance, but unfortunately, my req

El bar y su equipo. La ubicación.

Cons:

Como puede ser que pongan un secador de pelo en el baño y no lo puedas enchufar a la red eléctrica porque el secador de pelo no tiene conexión a la red eléctrica del baño! Es ridículo.

Perfect stay in a wonderful hotel

Everything about this hotel was magnificent. The location was in the center of many shops, tour buses and attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We hope to return soon. Thank you
