Lovely and we will stay with you in the future, this was our third stay.
Pros:

On our departure date of 4 / 7 / 26, the Pride March was taking place with many roads in London closed, especially around St James. Both Jeff on Concierge and the lovely Brahim, the doorman, were exceptionally helpful to us , pushing our cases around the streets till we arrived at an area where a road was open and then arranging an Uber for us.

In Room 628, the space around the toilet is limited, especially the space from the toilet to the wall infront of the toilet

We arrived when the pride festival was about to take place. The hotel did not inform us of the problem we’d have getting to them after driving around for an hour. We parked 1 mile away and had to walk with our luggage to the hotel through the parade, which was near impossible.

Huone oli toisessa kerroksessa ja käytännössä ikkunasta aukesi välikatto ja toinen seinä. Huone oli huomattavan pimeä. Hotellin hinnoilla ala-arvoinen maisema ja valoisuus.

Pros:

The location is great. The staff at the reception is very helpful. The bar on the ground floor has great cocktails.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better, as well as the service during the breakfast. The room didn't even have a full height mirror. If the price was twice cheaper I could've given a 9, but I've stayed in much better hotels for significantly cheaper price.

Good location and service, bit dated rooms and decor
Pros:

While the service is top class and deserving 5 stars, the hotel is getting dated - more than 20 years old.
There was also no upgrade for status available even for a special occasion so just offered a few extra points.
Good but not great.
