I would not stay at this place or any Holiday Inn Express & Suites again.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was outstanding, and the rooms was initially very clean.

Cons:

The window shades required excessive force to operate, the beds were not made daily, and the rooms were not vacuumed. The shower doors would not remain closed, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, and a section of the floor trim had come loose. Additionally, the heating/air system did not function properly, and the controls provided no instructions.

I loved the lighting, the aesthetics. I loved the cleanliness. I actually used the towels, and slept inside the bed.

Pros:

We complained about the broken
Toilet seat (and that was important due to the fact I am recovering from a stroke and afraid of falling) an toilet handle needed work and I told the front desk upon checking out. The bathroom needed work. They told me because we prepaid to contact booking.com. I really checked hotels that had a very good and above rating. I was not impressed.
