Empfehlenswert! Super Hotel, allerdings nicht mehr ganz neu. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut!
Pros:

Alles, was man als Reisender benötigt ist vorhanden: Tiefgarage, Restaurant, Frühstück, Klimaanlage usw.
Zimmer sind groß.

Cons:

Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber erfüllt noch seinen Zweck.

Zimmer ok, Rezeptionspersonal unverschämt!

Die Lage war in Anbetracht der Nähe zum Flughafen sehr gut.

Cons:

Aufenthalt vom 29.05. bis 01.06.26. Die Krönung war der Nacht-Rezeptionist. Ich rief die Rezeption an und sagte, dass seine Kollegin vom Nachmittag gesagt habe, wenn wir etwas bräuchten, müssten wir uns nur melden und es würde dann gebracht. So bat ich noch um zwei zusätzliche Gläser und auch zwei Tassen. Genervt teilte er mit, das könne etwas dauern, er würde gerade Gäste einchecken. Nach 45 Minuten rief ich erneut an und fragte höflich, wann wir denn die Gläser und Tassen bekämen. "Ich habe Ihnen doch vorhin schon gesagt, dass ich erst Leute einchecken muss, bevor ich zu Ihnen komme!", war seine patzige Antwort. Ich erwiderte, dass das ja schon eine Dreiviertelstunde her sei und ob er tatsächlich noch mit einchecken beschäftigt sei. "Ja, das habe ich Ihnen doch vorhin schon gesagt, Sie müssen jetzt warten, oder holen sich die Gläser selber!", war seine unverschämte Antwort. Ich sagte, er solle sich nicht im Ton vergreifen, aber wenn er es so wolle, würde ich mich bei nächster Gelegenheit bei der Geschäftsführung über sein unangemessenen Ton beschweren. Dann legte ich auf. 5 Minuten später stand er vor der Tür, reichte genervt zwei Gläser und betonte wiederholt, er sei am einchecken gewesen, was er ja "schon mehrmals" gesagt habe. Außerdem seien es ja nur 20 Minuten gewesen. Als ich sagte, nein es seien 45 Minuten gewesen, insistierte er und bestand auf 20 Minuten. Als ich ihm die Anrufliste meines Mobiltelefons mit den Uhrzeiten zeigen wollte, sagte er, das bräuchte ich nicht, ich sei der König und hätte immer Recht. Ich sagte ihm noch, dass die Tassen fehlten, aber dass ich diese nun nicht nochmal erbitten würde. Daraufhin ging er und ward nicht mehr gesehen. Leider ist offenbar nicht jedem bewusst, dass wir Gäste die einzige Grundlage dafür bilden, dass der Arbeitsplatz gesichert ist und auch erhalten bleibt.
