The internet connection was my only issue.
The concierge was exceptional. He gave us such great service from the moment we stepped in to the hotel. He made it easy. Arriving at a hotel in an hour Street not knowing where to park to unload our baggage, he was right there, he opened up a spot for us, took out a baggage, parked the car, and got us into the hotel, installed our luggage away since we had arrived a little early. That is amazing Service. I travel a lot and you don’t get this everywhere. This man deserves a raise.
The room was amazing, and the breakfast which we had purchased included was out of this world. The location was perfect 10 to 15 minute walk maximum to all the attractions that we wanted to go to.

Great amazing location in old/port Montreal right next to notre dame basilica. Could not beat the location as it is next to two blocks of restaurants and endless bookstores cafes cute novelty shops and locally owned shops.
They advertised the room as 3 beds but the sofa couch was not even a mattress but a pad a very thin pad with springs. The housekeeping never came back to clean the room in the 4 days we were there. They would come early and if we said no to them entering then they would not circle back later in the day .

Le petit déjeuner compris ne nous permettait pas d’avoir une boisson chaude et un jus, nous devions choisir entre les 2 et cela nous a surpris.
Nous voyageons beaucoup dans des établissements similaires et c’est la 1ere fois que nous avons eu à faire ce type de choix.
Les quantités dans les assiettes étaient différentes d’un jour sur l’autre par exemple une assiette avec 2 pancakes d’environ 25 cm de diamètre à 1 pancake d’environ 20 cm de diamètre le lendemain. Les pailles qui fondent au contact du chocolat chaud et des serviettes de table synthétique qui donne un effet bas de gamme. Pour ce type d’établissement c’est dommage.
