The view from the penthouse was amazing and it was a great location overall

Location and small, personal feel

Cons:

A little dated overall. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it needs a design makeover.

Great location. Room was spacious.

Cons:

It was noisy at night. But it was a compromise for the location. Parking my 7-seater was also a challenge as the valet was not able to take the car.

Excellent, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Ticks all the boxes.
Pros:

Hotel entrance and warm welcome by staff on arrival.
Beautiful spacious suite with exceptional facilities.
Comfortable bed and linen. Plenty of wardrobe storage.
Beautiful soaps, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom, relaxing bath with nice bath towels and robes.
Concierge staff were friendly with a mass of local knowledge, we appreciated all help they gave us from bookings to showing us directions on maps.

Overall, enjoyed our stay because of location, comfort of room and the helpful hotel staff.
Pros:

I like the location in Old Port because it is close to the Jazz Festival venues and the Fireworks Contest. Room was not as well lighted as I would like and not sure why a full-length mirror is near the exit door since there is no light there. The housekeeping staff did a great job.

Cons:

The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was good most days, but their version of scrambled eggs leaves a lot to be desired. I loved the salmon and bagel option. One female server was outstanding, but the days of her absence showed. The other servers were either in training or not invested in their work. In fact, one male server provided our breakfast on chipped plates and a coffee in a chipped cup. The chipped plates and cups should not be found in a hotel at any price level.

Fab location and comfortable .
Pros:

Perfect location in the old city and just off a street with plentiful shopping and fab restaurants.
Suite was comfortable with separate living area.

Great location. Very comfy beds. Staff are very nice and helpful!
Pros:

Great location. The rooms where very big. Small kitchenette that was perfect. The breakfasts at the property are top notch! Very yummy

Nearly perfect.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely clean and spacious room with an enormous bathroom.

Cons:

The balcony had a truly awful view and was not easy to access so we didn’t use it.

We had a good stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and serving staff and, the concierge staff!
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff, especially the concierge desk, were extremely helpful and friendly!

Cons:

The edges of the bed were quite hard and they rather rolled you toward the center.
