Pros:

the survey said I requested a quiet room? interesting. I was across from an ice machine, the guest laundry, which rattled and rattled, and a parking dog. I also had someone trying to getinto my room that either had the wrong room number, or was given my room by accident. fine enough but not worth $200

Overall, it was an okay experience. I was only there for 3 days. PLEASE upgrade your towels.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive whenever I needed something. The bed was comfotable.

Cons:

The towels are very small and way too old. The bedding has stain on it and the pillows smelled like sweat.

Disappointing, expensive and bad experience with staff
Pros:

The pool and patio are nice.

Cons:

The card keys didn't work REPEATEDLY, requiring multiple trips down to the front desk...unhelpful and surly attitude, unapologetic about cards. Also the light in the bathroom didn't work the whole time we were there. Front desk made it clear they knew this was a problem with this room, and the one above and below it.

Could be better but not the worst. Price is high for average hotel not right next to the beach.
Pros:

Location is just okay. Like that they have an outdoor pool but it’s never clean (been staying here for years) tub was very clean and beds were clean and comfortable. But the sink faucet leaked and there was constant water on the entire bathroom counter, getting all of our stuff wet.

Cons:

Leaking faucet. That room was not clean and ready when we checked in after 4pm and had to wait with all of our stiff in the long for a while.
