The Reception Desk is staffed between the hours of 10.00am and 6.00pm. Outside of these hours, please use the self-service reception kiosk located in the lounge. It's quick and easy and takes less than a minute.

Lovely sized room with good sized bed, 2 seater sofa, plus chair at desk. Lovely bathroom. Lovely and clean. Whole "hotel" was really well kept. Lisa at reception was really helpful and staff generally v nice.
Right next to a busy road so very very noisey most of the night. Very warm as no air con and a intermittent fan. Shame they didn't do breakfast on the premises. Corridors need some air too.
Staff was lovely and very helpful. Rooms were well refurbished and seemed newly built.
Good coffee and tea offer included and a vending machine for snacks.

We arrived after 10pm so the screen check in was a little challenging initially.
It's a very quiet and comfortable hotel. There's no food served, there is plenty of places to eat nearby. There's also no bar so no noisy drinkers or music.

No restaurant, but free communal coffee/tea machine plus kettle & restocked beverages in room. Close to cafés, pubs, etc.
Spacious communal areas with nice touches such as tissues and games. Excellent shower. Beautiful building. Dining area very comfortable.
Two glasses in the room hadn't been washed.
